I'm not here to complain, it's a well stocked store, the atmosphere reeks with the location of where it's located at, alot of drugs addicts and homeless the sidewalk smells like urine and human feces, heavy-like heavy crime all over the back parking, while I waited in line I seen a store associate look at me like as if I was going to steal, so I assume they have a high theft rate there it's sad, I work for the city I can't possibly steal it's kinda disrespectful thing to do but I brush it off because of the location of the area, extremely humble. The cashier with light skin and the older lady with curly hair are very nice. Dollar Tree needs to hire teens in area & people with special needs...let's point this out to evaluate and revitalize the area to improve the economy let's start by the impact of the store, other than that I love me some dollar tree moved out years ago hoping to never to go back to the lovely 90022 since my husband and I still have a background with the area we normally never visit and we don't speak Spanish, so don't assume I speak Spanish customer service!Let's keep this a hidden gem and be positive community it still has that essence for the historical site of the location!Inventory, is Excellent way better than my local Dollar TreeLet's not stand around hoping things to get better by just living there and exploiting the community with our own vices,waiting for the area to improve but not be part of the solution. I'm pretty sure dollar tree is an asset to the area! Plus, I found some great deals! ??

Was looking for balloons on 01/17/24 for a co workers Birthday the Dollar tree REPRESENTATIVE did not greet me, a simple how can I help you? I asked for balloons. With attitude of bother, what ever is here! She also tossed her hand to look and also added “I don’t know how everyone else works, but that’s all we have out right now.” Then this morning 01/18/24 at 8am I received the same treatment. Now I understand these workers might have a lot asked of them and working with the pipkin is tuff. It’s not easy at all I get it. This Dollar tree culture should be really looked at. It’s horrible when you go into your own Neighborhood store and be treated horribly not just a bad day. It’s like it’s the normal. Well ITS NOT! It should not!

I know one of the workers there by heart. Her names Ash. Such a sweet gal. We talked about spiders and tattoos one time She gave amazing service and I even saw her help out another customer with Christmas ideas. Creative and funny! Check her outI don't like how the line is so long sometimes and there's only one cashier though. Hire more people!
