By far one of the worst experiences renting a Uhaul. The guy needs his attitude checked. Extremely rude and charged us for fuel costs even after I showed him the pictures that were taken when we picked up truck. Now, I'm working with Uhaul customer service for the refund for the bogus xtra charges - even after acknowledging fuel level he stated was incorrect. Always take pictures and/or video of the rental vehicle before driving off the lot because they will try to rip you off.

I rented a 10 foot truck today from this location and I couldn't be more pleased. The service was excellent from Tony the manager. The truck was great and my whole experience here was wonderful. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all your help Tony.

This place has the one of the poorest customer I've ever been. The bald Armenian guy was so rude and might play with gas gage, So take a photo of milage and gas gage b4 you drive. The gas tank was not 1/4 as he told me and my final bill got charged $9 more than contract says even I've drove less mileage than contract says.

My reserved vehicle was not available upon arrival. The guy working there was insane . I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Book your uhaul from anywhere else

Had a great experience with this location.Came in without a reservation last minute and Tony helped me out. Was able to get everything moved into my new apartment instead of having to try to hunt down a truck. Would highly recommend.

Awful. Beyond Awful. When I first arrived, Tony gave me attitude and was dismissive, saying that they didn't provide parking. I had made a reservation for a pick-up truck at 4pm. I stood there first in line and Tony didn't even acknowledge me for another 5 minutes. Once he did and said the pickup truck wasn't there, so Tony had called the previous customer and had the conversation on speaker. The person who had been renting it before me had made a mistake and didn't return in in time, so it wasn't there for me, delaying my plans.Tony told me to call another UHaul location to see if they had a pickup truck for me instead and just walked away.I went to the second location who was definitely way more helpful. The woman there said Tony always sends people to that location, WITHOUT CONFIRMING a new reservation of a vehicle at the new location. So the second location had to cancel my original reservation, setup a SECOND reservation. Mind you- this was all during Friday rush hour, so the process was not fun at all. The lady there had some sympathy and allowed me an extra hour with the vehicle before I had to return it.Tony and this location is AWFUL. Don't bother. I recommend going to the UHaul location at 1836 Arapahoe St, Los Angeles, CA 90006 - They're way more professional, friendly, and accommodating.

Disgustingly filthy. I made a reservation for a cargo van. I went to pick it up, the attendant pulled out a deflated sleeping bag from the back. He took a nasty mop and tried to swipe out all the trash in the back. I had to put sheets down so whatever sticky residue was in the back wouldn't ruin my stuff. The sheets were stuck to the floor and black with goop. There was toys and trash all over the cabin. The truck had been wrecked too. I think someone was living in it with their kids. When I brought it up to him, he said "sweetheart, it's a moving van." After acting like he didn't know the condition. Sir, I saw you pull the crap out and try to mop the trash.

I cannot rate my experience highly enough. Through work, I book at this uHaul almost every week. It is just amazing how our vehicles are always ready on time, clean and good to go. Tony has always been so incredibly nice and helpful to our team and I cannot thank all the employees enough!

This location is excellent and my experience was very positive. I arrived promptly at 8am and my vehicle was ready and clean. I was able to accomplish my entire move in less than 3hrs and I was very happy with the outcome. Thanks again for the reasonable rate and for use of the vehicle. I will definitely use this location in the future.

The owner of this place is extremely RUDE, he is very condescending, I have no idea how he still gets business, he just needs a really big hug. Horrible service

Great location. No nonsense. Helpful and kind owner and employees. Give yourself a bit of time to find street parking! I never have any issues here.

This guy was very condescending and rude for no reason. Flaunts that he knows best since he's been doing this for 20 years. Told us to shut up... would not recommend doing business here. Save yourself the time
