Dr Horowitz is the best doctor I ever had. His knowledge is invaluable and he’s helped me through so much, and so many ailments. His wife Peggy is awesome as well and they are such a good team together. I really hope he doesn’t retire anytime soon because I would just not know what to do without their care. Thank you both. ?☺️?

Needed a new primary doc after mine retired after 80yrs. I was there 40 of them. Well, all my fear and apprehension dissolved after meeting Dr Horowitz and his staff. He spent well over "an hour" initial consultation listening, talking, getting acquainted, and medically evaluating me. When I left with orders for multiple labs, a referral to a hotshot specialist I've neglected to find since July, I prayed he would accept my mess of a case as a new patient. My prayers were answered. I'm so grateful I've found such a great doctor with his incredible breadth of experience, connections, wit and intellectual humor. And a friendly professional office staff. I so confident and grateful this man will help me. Thanks doc. And thanks for the referral, Shirley S. ///

This is my first review I've ever done, and I really felt the need to because Thomas and Peggy are just both so wonderful and helpful. Highly highly recommend. He really knows what he is doing and what he is talking about and is no-nonsense.

Dr. Horowitz is attentive, helpful, funny, and treats us like family. And Peggy (who is also usually there) is very good with communicating via phone and email, and she's so kind. This is one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to.

Most well run doctor office in town, can't say enough good things about Dr. Horowitz, and his office assistants are just incredible folks to work with, highly recommend them

Dr. Horowitz and his team go above and beyond. As my primary care Dr, he is attentive, kind, informed and LGBTQIA-friendly. I've always felt safe and comfortable to discuss anything related to my health with him. Peggy and the rest of the office team are always so friendly, helpful and diligent when it comes to my appointments, lab work, reminders, and prescriptions. Truly enjoy coming to this office.

All I can say is WOW!! I've never had such amazing service when it comes to doctor visits. From the first moment of contacting the office, Peggy was soooo nice and sweet. With covid and how things are run differently now, communication is KEY! Peggy sent me all the health forms that needed to be completed in a timely manner via email. She was wonderful at responding to my emails, and she made things so easy! They went out of their way to see me in person in a really short notice as my visit required necessary clearance for my nursing program. They only have certain days for appointments but she made an exception for me as my work schedule conflicted with their in-person office visits. Peggy also sent me my labs on a Saturday as I requested if she could send it to me as soon as they receive it.. they are closed on Saturdays and she did that for me (I am so grateful!). I also want to say that I drove from Monterey Park to Dr. Horowitz's office on a Friday during the time that there is so much traffic (traffic alone in this area if you already know is hideous) but I would do it again! Thank you so much Peggy and Dr. Horowitz!!

I had a back pain and I had a tele consultation with Dr. Horowitz. He prescribed some muscle relaxer to me and I specifically asked him that if this is going to make me drowsy because I have to go to work. He clearly told me that I will not. And on my information I also listed all the meds that I am currently taking for my allergy. So I took the muscle relaxer with my allergy med. I have never taken a muscle relaxer before. The next day I had to wake up at 8am to work. And HORRIBLE things happened. It took me 30 mins to just open my eyes and I felt like woke up from a kidnap. My head was screaming at me with sharp pinched pain on my left head. I did not know how I made it to work as I was driving in zigzag.I made it to work and my coworker told me I should go home immediately and rest. My boss told me I should not take my allergy meds with this med together it could cause huge side effects which no one told me ever before.I felt nauseous and restless at the same time and I lost appetite to eat anything. I was pretty drugged for a good 24 hours.Think about I was driving. It could be super dangerous.I emailed Dr. Horowitz and he did call me back on the same day. On the tele consult he seems like a nice person too. That's why I gave two stars otherwise I would gave a negative star as no one wants to experience this any more. This experience was so horrible, I missed my work, I felt like in hell and I'm waiting to talk to my allergy doctor too to resolve this problem. During covid we are already under a lot of stresses and to deal with this alone is not funny.

I called this office because of all the amazing reviews. I told her that I found them on google and that they had a lot of great reviews! She said “we have great patients” aww too sweet.Anyway, I’ve been having some allergy problems and I’m at my wits end trying to figure out what’s causing it. I mentioned how I’ve done blood tests and I had an allergy test done and she was very honest about the fact that I need to go to an allergist specialist. She was so sweet and caring. Basically had a mini consultation over the phone. It meant a lot to me that she took the time to put me at ease and also recommended a specialist.Thank you so much. This place deserves all the great reviews in the world. ♥️

Out of all the doctors that I've visited in my life, Dr. Horowitz is on the top of my preferred list. He is absolutely a charm. He is professional, personable and thorough. He takes his time. He is humorous as well. Love the personal touches and aesthetic of the office. You'll see what I mean (there's a museum/historical component). His wife at the front office is just as charming. It's always a good feeling when I'm there.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. It's how medical care should be -- efficient, caring, affordable, ethical, informed and all with a smile and probably a dad joke thrown in. Dr. Horowitz and his wife Peggy have a passion for healthcare, for helping people, and it comes through with every visit.

I'm 41 years old and have always had trouble finding a doctor that makes me comfortable and that I can trust - I'm incredible fortunate that I was connected to Dr. Horowitz and have been seeing him for years and years since. He's always been both professional and caring. Plus, there's no one better than Peggy from his office! I'd highly recommend Dr. Horowitz.

Great first telehealth visit with Dr. Horowitz. Kept me at ease. Haven't felt that safe and heard by a doctor in a while. Highly recommended.
