They took me over 40 minutes late for my appointment. I’m not sure why they don’t have enough stylists to accommodate customers when they know someone has an appointment.

I really don’t get why this place has bad reviews. I got there two minutes before my appointment and was taken care of right away. Service was quick despite I have a LOT of hair. Valerie did my hair and I loved it.
