From my first call with Jaime, I knew I trusted him to help get my vehicle back together. My car was hit by a careless drunk driver, while it was parked. The insurance was less than helpful and giving me the run around. And Jaime was the first person I spoke to during this situation that made me feel at ease.
He did a more thorough inspection than the insurance did, and assured me that he would be able to fix my car. And he did just that, and quicker than initially quoted. My car looks brand new and runs better than before. Jaime is a stand up and honest mechanic. He is a trained mechanic and a degreed mechanical engineer, so you know you are in great hands! He also checked in a few days after I picked up my car, just to make sure it was running well.
Downtown Auto Collision has a customer for life in me, and I will be referring all my friends as well.

This body shop is the most efficient business I’ve encountered. They not only facilitated a preview assessment and estimate via photos, but they guided me beforehand to help make the best decision for my car’s condition. Once I opted into having them assist me with my car evaluation and repair, they handled the car pickup and guided me with the insurance processing. I would recommend this shop for their honesty and genuine helping skills. Thank you Jaime for helping me through this.
