Food was really gross and coffee smelled and tasted really bad do not recommend. Coffee smelled like rotten milk and all 3 of the coffees I bought tasted bad.

Worst experience ever. Scheduled my online order for pickup 4 hours ahead of time. Arranged my evening activities accordingly and drove 30 mins to the store, only to be told that they don’t have my order for me. And it’s way before the store’s close time! First of all, if your app takes the pickup order at this time and your store is listed as open, YOU SHOULD RESPECT THE ORDER. Otherwise, either don’t let the customer place the order in the first place, or change your store hours!!!!! This is so FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTING AND UNACCEPTABLE. Such a waste of the customers time and energy. I’ll definitely file a complaint with Dunkin’s operate office.

Literal garbage. They didn't have 50% of my order. Bread was hard as a rock. Their card reader was broken so they wouldn't even refund me. Only one person working. Owners need to get it

Small selection of doughnuts. I was hoping for old fashion or chocolate of some kind. They had neither. I ended up with an apple fritter which was just okay. I've had better. My caramel iced coffee was not mixed well. The sugar and cream granules were thick and floating in the beverage. Loud music blaring overhead for the teenagers working the counter. I won't return

I'd never been to Dunkin and decided to give this place a try for "Coffee and Doughnuts with the Principal" and wanted to go someplace other than my usual Winchell's spot. Big mistake. The doughnuts were dry and seemed to be at least a couple of days old, and not at all what I wanted to give to the parents. Thankfully, everyone loved the coffee I brought, which saved the event. On a positive note, the girl on shift was super nice (5 Stars for her), but $40 for 2 dozen doughnuts that were a major let down is not okay. I will stick to my local Winchell's in the future.
