Heard they provide some dmv services so I went to ask a specific question about timing of a title transfer because I was waiting for my new insurance policy to kick in before transferring title. I wanted to ask if I could sign the pink slip today and post date transfer because work travel would have me away by the time my insurance kicked in. The rep at the dmv service desk was unsure so asked me to speak with the manager. I never encountered such rudeness. I was unable to complete any sentence due to her interrupting me saying she had nothing to do with insurance. I attempting saying it had nothing to do with insurance but it was apparent that her brain was unable to dislodge itself from that topic. She ended the conversation telling me she was busy and to leave. I wished her a sarcastic happy new year. In all fairness, my Korean is a little rusty. However inefficient my language skill may be, the situation would’ve taken maybe a whole minute to explain. But “leave, I’m busy?”

I saw an ad saying that they can beat car max. So I got an estimate from car max and my husband called this place asking if the ads were true. And they said they would GUARANTEE at least $500 over the car max estimate. I had to drive all the way there in a traffic hour for over 25 miles. But after they looked at my vehicle they said because of the frame damage (which was written on the car max estimate that was sent to them before I even got there) they cannot buy my car. It was very disappointing since I have three kids including two toddlers and it was not easy for me to drive by myself all the way to LA with my husband there. We were planning to spend some time together afterwards. And turns out that we had to drive all the way back to go to car max. I understand that it's their business and my car wasn't worthwhile for them to buy. But telling us that they would GUARANTEE the price is definitely a breach of trust. I hope everyone who's reading this review don't make the same mistake we did.

We can all agree that in life whether in our control or not..unfortunate events happen. I’m an Army officer and was gone all summer for my military training. Less than 48 hours of returning home, I got into a terrible car accident from hurricane Hilary (storm was Aug 16-21, 2023). My car was totaled.Being gone for a long period of time and coming back home was hard enough but on top of that having no car was harder. Thankfully, both the owner and all the employees worked so hard to help me out. My definition of ‘help’ is their hard work and extremely high-quality service. When I went to look for a car not only did I purchase it on the spot because of incomparable prices but they all did all the DMV registration paperwork (save insane amount of time) + made sure I had nothing to worry about in every aspect when it came to my car-related circumstances.Of course, my hope is that this post would help as many people as people to highly consider and check out Eden Motor Group. But even if one person could be helped through this post then I’d be glad.May God bless this place and all who enter it~

Incredibly RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL !!One worker called Kimberly literally treated me like a thief!I was checking out a car, and that lady, Kimberly, gave me the keys, which I completely forgot I had.Her reaction was just ridiculous. I found the keys literally seconds after I told her I didn’t have them. What did she do? She kicked me out of the car, refused to talk to me and told me to leave the dealership, even though I tried explaining it was just a misunderstanding.I’d never felt so humiliated and discriminated in my life.

I needed a car, so I found Eden Motors with the recommendation of my acquaintance. At first, Kimberly and Esther consulted with me, and they kindly found me a car that combined the parts I wanted. So I'm currently renting a Volvo xc60 from eden motors! It hasn't been long since I came to the U.S., so I had a lot of difficulties from insurance to DMV registration and maintenance, but they helped me step by step from start to finish, and I am using it well without any worries because they did a perfect job of maintenance at the repair shop before the rental starts. Thank you so much for introducing me to a good car, renting it, and helping me a lot!!!

The service I received from the elderly lady who handles the DMV services was extremely unfriendly, and her tone and attitude were dismissive. I felt very uncomfortable as a customer. There is a need for improvement in this regard.

Lady that works at dmv registration is very rude. She will say go to dmv if you have any issues. 너무 예의가 없으시네요. 여쭤보기 위해서 질문 할 수 있는거고 모르니 물어보는데 다짜고짜 답변마음에 안들면 dmv가라 하시네요. 기분나빠 앞으로 이용 안하렵니다. 다른곳 추천드립니다.

I was referred to come check out Eden Motor from a friend as I was looking to sell 2 cars and lease a new car. I worked with Esther and she was very helpful from the start. She was very transparent around the cars I was selling and helped find the right car for me within my budget. She provided follow ups almost on a daily basis to ensure that I was narrowing my search down. From start to finish, the experience was so easy and stress free. I will definitely be a return customer and will refer my friends as this was a great experience versus sitting in a dealership for 6+ hours.

I went to Eden Motor Group to sell 2 vehicles and lease a new vehicle. I worked with Esther who was super amazing from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable and was transparent throughout the whole process.It's always a headache to have to go to Carmax or a dealer to sell your car and then sit at a dealership for hours to negotiate the price down. Esther was able to do both for me which was super stress free.I provided the different cars I wanted and she narrowed down my searches based on budget. I was able to sell both cars and get a great return and was able to use that towards my new lease. They even do the DMV paperwork so it was super easy and convenient. I will definitely be a return customer and will refer any friends that are looking to sell or buy/lease. I really appreciate Esther for all her hard work on finding me a car I can be happy with, financially and driving wise.
