This feels like I stepped into Abuela’s dream restaurant. I will be back as many times as I physically can. These were the best pupusas I’ve ever had. GO HERE! You won’t regret it at all.

Excellent food, I don't give it a 5 because the leg soup is small and doesn't have cabbage or nerve, pure gut, but the rest is excellent, I recommend it ?

I have been coming to El Buen Gusto restaurant for many YEARS! Even before they moved to their current location. The food is always wonderful, homemade with generous portions, at a fair price. I have usually ordered the different kinds of burritos, (All wonderful.) The Pupusas, (Handmade & incredible) curtido (theirs is crave-able-the best that I have ever tasted) and the fried, sweet, platanos with beans & Salvadorean crema. I've never been disappointed! This weekend I had just returned from the hospital & was ordering online. I saw they had a tripe & cow foot soup (I know, sounds unappetizing?) But I'm a menudo lover (Mexican tripe soup), so I decided on a whim, to try the Salvadorean version.Oh My GOODNESS, it was BEYOND DELICIOUS!!! Homemade, long-cooked, INCREDIBLE flavor (not at all like the Mexican version) but with the perfect Salvadorean herbs & spices! I was literally "swooning" with each spoonful & soon forgot my aches & pains.I called the restaurant to compliment them on the soup & was told that it was the owner's mother's recipe. They only serve it Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I can't wait for Friday to come so that I can order it again!!!

This place used to be good but they recently bumped up their prices and I don't think its worth it tbh there's other places around you could go to that serve better quality for a better

Authentic Salvadoran place (according to my friend from El Salvador). Price is very reasonable and the food is delicious and fresh. The crew is friendly. The interior needs some remodeling (it looks aged). Parking in the back.
