Beloved community, holistic arts and community programs, reconnecting to earth. I’m a member of this garden and so grateful to be. Visit us any Saturday, 8am-12pm! We also have community food distributions every other Saturday - come thru and take nourishment home with ya. ? A beautiful place always…and especially in spring for Cali Native flower blooms ?

Down home gardening, and social and nature connections. Chance to get your hands dirty, helping clear vegetation, gathering fruits, admiring flowers, etc. Members can even access a plot and get to growing plants and/or veggies.Playground: It's not a usual playground. There is a grotto sitting area with kids corner and short walking paths. The garden area is varied and interesting with a central shade area that can accommodate a few kids at play.Restrooms: Porta John's make this garden project doable for long hours of activity.. no running to a local business to use Their restrooms.Picnic area: The Sam grotto can be used for a group meal, gathering, or event. There are also niches for more reflective or meditative relaxing.

Drove past it 100s times. It's open on Saturdays and it's so beautiful to take a break from the city for just a moment. They have plots for rent! Grow some kale and share !!

We film the commercial here for blue cross and the gardens are absolutely fabulous I had no idea they even lasted all year long. I picked up a passion fruit my first time it was wonderful! The staff and workers and some of the owners where actually background workers for the commercial and they totally enjoyed it. So friendly I am going back on my own about working.

The ESCG is so beautiful, seeing this green space when I drive down Huntington always brightens my day. It's such a special part of our community. It's current management is very organized and communicative, Erika is very helpful. I don't have a plot of my own right now but the community open garden on Saturdays has been a great way for me to get in the dirt and meet neighbors.

Beautiful spot in the middle of the city! Wonderful people greet you and show you around. Volunteers needed.

The ESCG is a home away from home. I started gardening here in college for a bit. I stopped and somehow I came back years later; it must have been the land calling me back. I feel safe and happy here. Anyone can come to the garden during open community hours on Saturday's from 8am-12pm. Anyone can volunteer too. I learn here so much about myself, the land, and from community here.

The Garden is a beautiful community that the neighborhood needs. To see everyone come together grow and celebrate is awesome. Proud to have this in my neighborhood.

I loved this place because of the people first of all. The healthy creativity, dedication, and hard work I see people share with each other is ALWAYS a sight to behold.
