The amenities at Element are great and the location is so convenient if you're a student at USC. The apartments themselves are really high quality!

I love the convenience that element offers, its steps away from USC village and main camps. There’s a chipotle downstairs and a Qwench. I also love how there’s amazing amenities like the swimming pool and gym. 100% recommend

Element is one of the nicest apartments I’ve been to around USC. It’s pretty new compared to other places near campus, and the amenities are undefeated. The walk to campus is not bad at all and the management is super nice and very accommodating. Will definitely live here again in the future.
