“Love that there is a mailbox nearby that will accept USPS, Fedex and UPS packages (even if we don't have a box there). But what makes this place special is the team that works there. Friendly, professional, and sincere employees. They genuinely like having our business. Lots of packaging supplies if you run out or don't have the right size for your shipment. If I needed a mailbox, I'd use them for sure. Place is safe and there's always parking (even a loading parking space right in front). It's right next to the Beachwood cafe and market - so easy in and out. They have no problem letting me know when I call if the mail has been picked up -- which helps a lot!”
“US 24/7 Postal Center has been my go-to for years. The team there is wonderful—always so helpful and patient. I especially love their gift wrapping; they put so much care into making packages look perfect. It’s rare to find such high-quality service and a friendly environment. “Andrew is a high quality trainer who exceeded all expectations. Extremely confident and straight to the point. Our dog Koa had anxiety and basic obedience issues. With just 14 days of boarding and training with Andrew, Koa learned all basic obedience commands along with being able to walk nicely. Not only does he train your dog but he also coaches you as the owner on how to sustain the behavior and reinforce them at home. I highly recommend this training for anyone who is looking to improve their dogs behavior. Investing into Andrew and his team, is investing into your dog’s quality of life.”

“Wow is all I can! Me and my husband visited LA for our 21st anniversary. While there we found a LED sign that was pretty lengthy. However, we visited many shipping locations and they would not deliver. The moment we stepped into Ship District Brandon was amazing and said I can help you. After hearing how much it cost we really couldn’t decide what we wanted to do because the cost was a little bit higher than we anticipated. Mind you; we were going on a cruise and had to be at the port no later than 2pm. Brandon made it happen as we were on small time due to all the other shipping places we went to and they denied us because of the type of sign it was and length.
Brandon ensured us that the sign would be okay. He said enjoy your anniversary cruise and call me once you return. He was a pure blessing. He kept our sign while we went on the cruise because we still hadn’t had an idea if we wanted to leave it, pay for it, or get shipped. Brandon was so nice and once we returned from the cruise we called to tell him to go ahead and ship it and we’ll pay the fees. Y’all he shipped it and it made it safely to Missouri all because we walked into a pure angle (Brandon) at Ship District.

“Really convenient little shop with super friendly and helpful customer service. They handle shipments via FedEx and USPS Ground, which makes it easy to get things out quickly. Just keep in mind this is an affiliated location, not a full FedEx store, so if you’re looking for special FedEx rates or full services, you’ll need to go to a main FedEx location. For everyday shipping needs though, this spot is quick, easy, and reliable.
Parking could be tricky, but there is a big strip mall just behind the corner”

What i like most about the postal exchange is it’s a one stop shop, and as a college it makes it very easy for me to get everything done in one place!”
