“Usually a quiet place. Today the owner Tigran was extremely uncooperative. I walked into the office and he was not wearing a mask. This is typical. Usually I just stand at the door and he'll put on his mask while I wait. Today he didn't and because of that, I decided not to walk into the office. He came to the door to give me my package. I mentioned I would not come in if he had no mask in. This is where his attitude flared and he said, "then don't ever come in". I was shocked that an owner while be this way to a customer but ok. So I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked for his name and he refused. After a minute of back and fourth, he started raising his voice to me. This is where I pulled out the camera, as I post on social. After this, he gave me his name. Tigray, whether you believe in masks or not, your clients do and the city mandates it. I will report you to the city next time, as it is the law!”

“Needed a document notarized last week. Although I have mailed packages from Mail Call, I didn't realize they offered notary services. I walked in and the employee (I think it was Tyler) was on the phone and I had to wait a few minutes. I was impressed by how professional he was while speaking to the customer. It only took a few minutes to get my paperwork notarized. So convenient! Want to add that although the UPS Store in Westchester also provides notary service, you need to make an appointment. Mail Call was easier for me since I was just able to walk in. Thanks for the great, friendly service!”

I was so happy with the service they provided, they handled my packages with care, texted me when something arrived for me, and they kindly saved me money by having me just rent the smallest mailbox, since I wasn't expecting anything but packages. The employees are are really friendly, and the cherry on top is that parking is great. Lots of places on the street, and a lot in back. That really matters if you're toting several boxes to your car! With just 14 days of boarding and training with Andrew, Koa learned all basic obedience commands along with being able to walk nicely. Not only does he train your dog but he also coaches you as the owner on how to sustain the behavior and reinforce them at home. “Cool spot to come to and hang out at. It is mostly college kids here with a few regulars. The Trader Joe's and the Target are a great addition. There's some pretty decent eating spots here. The validate parking for 2 hours. You can get some parking on the street but the structure is good. Plenty of spaces. I don't mind coming by here especially for the Trader Joe's”

“This location is very convenient but the only complaint I would have is that the parking is horrible. There's hardly any spaces and it's very tight. Coming in and out is very difficult because some people double park due to spaces been limited. The customer service that I experienced from this location is awesome. They're quick and dependable. I actually paid this location a visit in November of 2023 and also in December. My only complaint is that I wish they had the feature where QR code could be scanned or maybe a barcode that is presented. For some strange reason they don't have that feature.”
