I have been waiting more than half an hour to be picked up at a car repair place that is a three minute drive away. I called again ten minutes ago and they told me the can to pick me up already left. They are either liars or incompetent. Either way terrible service.

This branch is extremely unprofessional. They intentionally divert phone calls to avoid dealing with people. I rented a car here over 2 months ago that was covered by my insurance. They charged me an additional $215 out of pocket AFTER I returned the vehicle, for an "upgrade" that I never agreed to, nor was made aware of when I signed for the car. The manager Hector (who apparently no longer works there) told me he submitted an appeal to their accounting department. It's been over a month now and I still cannot get an update. Avoid this branch. These people are snakes.

Johnny and Hector have some of the best customer service I have every received, Picked up the car with Johnny he made it very easy, and returned it with Hector, who also made it easy. That location has a good flow of making renting a car very easy. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again especially that location!

Loveeee Enterprise and their customer service. The best of the best. They really care and do a great job. Irvin/Irwin was amazing. He was very helpful and easy to work with.

Reservation Number: XX505N(32P3) my reservation was set up directly through my dealership and just had an awful experience. I called in and spoke to Irvin or Erwin and dude was just trying to get me off the phone because he didn’t know the answer to my question : what cars am I able to rent through my reservation that’s being paid for. Ford is paying for my rental and he tells me all these different reasons on why they can’t help me. He says there’s no car #1, I’m only able to get a specific brand of car #2 ( Ford since Ford is paying ) then I mentioned mustang which is Ford and he says I don’t know. I asked what exactly do I pay with the reservation that you see right in front you (such as taxes or deposit )he told me to come in Wednesday when my reservation was for today #3. I told him I’m calling because I don’t go and waste my time there eland he didn’t know or didn’t want to waste time trying to get the answer then I asked to speak to the manger and he speaks over me dismissing me #4 and nobody at the branch answered the phone after insisting I need information. #5The branch manager Hector has been made aware I’ve been trying to get in touch about my reservations and disappointing experience and it’s been over 2 hours now and the branch is currently closed. I spoke to Rebecca at the Koreatown location and she spoke to him as a courtesy for me and informed me he would be calling me back and nothing.I’ll be getting in contact with regional or district manager to make sure this doesn’t keep happening. People’s time snd business need to be appreciated a little bit more than what’s been given here at the Pico Blvd Enterprise.

This place is like a scammer. Because I rented the car for one day, but they charged 8days and the refund for the 7th has not been refunded for 6 months. In particular, Johnny is delaying such an easy and simple task for six months. I think I should file a small claim.. I hope no one goes here..

5 star review to the new manager of the Enterprise who finally followed up on service that I had contacted the K-town Enterprise for over 4 months about. It was only his second day yet he actually did what all the other managers said they were going to do but never followed through. The new mangement of the Enterprise is so much better than it was before. I hope the service keeps improving!

Although I had to wait a bit, I had a great experience picking up my vehicle. The only cars they had available were larger cars that I didn't feel comfortable driving, so I was asked to wait while they called around to different branches. I was helped by Johnny, who pulled through with a smaller vehicle and kept me updated on the timeline and the process. And also didn't make fun of me for not wanting to drive a large car! The driver who picked me up from the Caliber Collisions was also very friendly and personable. Definitely recommend!

5/5, it seems like this place has really turned around! Customer Service from pickup to drop-off was amazing. Friendly, kind, and attentive. Marissa greeted me at pickup and she was probably the most upbeat person I've met at 8am on a Tuesday morning. Joshua, the branch manager met me at pickup and greeted me with a handshake and checked me out. Super personable guy, probably the most pleasant experience I've had at this particular branch. This location is in the heart of Hollywood so if you are in Hollywood too and need a rental, the staff was great!

Perfect experience, our initial reservation at another place got canceled so we just walked up to the counter and they had a clean car ready for us to rent for a couple days. Very friendly employees

Rent from ANYWHERE ELSE. The cars are not ready on time, ever. They also will profile you- unfairly ask for credentials to "select" individuals. I will never rent here again.

Cannot recommend this location at all! We've rented from here a couple of times and always dealt with a nice woman who seemed to be in charge. This time we were met by David who is arrogant and straight up a liar. We reserved a Standard SUV for a week-long road trip. He called us the day before to confirm our reservation and we called him back to let him know we would be there around 9-9:30. When we got there he waited on us but was rather lackadaisical about doing it. In the middle of pulling up our order he walked back to another guy who worked there and asked him to run an errand for something completely unrelated. It seemed like he was flexing som'n, who knows. Then he sent us out to our "Standard SUV" and it was a Mazda CX-5. Go ahead, google that. The first thing that comes up is that it is a "Compact SUV." We told the other worker assisting us that it would barely hold our luggage much less our passengers. He checked with David and they both told us that it was a Standard SUV. They lied. We did a google search comparing it to the Ford Edge that Enterprise lists as Standard and the storage space varies from 15-25 square feet. Give me a break! We went back in to deal with David who was still lying to us that it was Standard class but he looked up his inventory and told us all he had was an Audi that would cost us $150 more per week. Not doable for us. He offered no other solution for us until I asked if he could find a Standard class at another location. He called around and found one at the downtown location but said he couldn't get it for us or take us there. The people at the Figueroa location were very nice and gave us a huge SUV which was overdoing it but we appreciated that they were gracious and accommodating. (I didn't ask for a Standard at that point but should have, considering the cost of gas.) Our scheduled travel for the day was blown when we were hours behind by the time we got back to our home with a car. Most irksome is that when we returned the car David was all "So, did you like the car you got?" as if he had anything to do with it. Dick. So we'll be looking elsewhere next time we need to rent a car. Or, we might call in person to make sure we won't be dealing with David, that's for sure.
