I reserved a car from online, and they did not honor my reservation since the cost went through the insurance per the manager, Miguel. I waited for more than 2 hours for the Nissan Versa which had a nicotine smell and stains I had to wipe with the wiper they provided. I made a reservation for a Nissan Ultima or similar car online. After the paperwork was finished at the Collison Center, one agent from Enterprise picked me up around 3 pm. She told me she made a reservation on a Malibu sedan. When I got there she gave it to someone else. There were Honda Accord or Malibu sedans but the agents said there were other people were came there first and it is first come first served. I waited more than two hours. They said I could only have a small car for my coverage in the beginning then later they suggested a minivan or a pickup truck option for me. I waited till closing time and I picked the Nissan Versa which is way lower quality than my car, Lexus UX 250h 2023. The enterprise agent, Miguel told me I needed to ask the insurance adjusters to raise the minimum allowance to qualify for a better-quality car. Overall the experience with enterprise was not professional, especially the manager, Miguel was rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady “in charge” Rabecca has no idea what she’s doing. I was suppose to get refunded 200 dollars; it’s been 30 days. Nothing has been returned and she says there is nothing she can do. Will never rent from here again, I would recommend to not as well to save you from this madness.

If I could give this office a 0 star I would. I reserved a car for the month of my birthday in May of this year 2023 and was denied the vehicle after going through much stress on 2 buses after an 8 hour shift at work in Inglewood. The young, arrogant manager refused to accept my 2 forms of verification because I didn't have a credit card and he stated that the requirements changed at the beginning of the year. I was not informed of the new requirements when I made the reservation or when I called twice before going to pick up the vehicle. What truly infuriated me was the fact that I have rented cars on 3 separate occasions from that same location since August 2021 when I had to rent the first car because my mother died and I needed to drive to Las Vegas to handle her final arrangements. I have also rented from Enterprise more than a few times in Newnan, GA without a credit card. The fact that the young, smug and arrogant manager wasn't willing to work with a repeat customer did it for me. I had business to handle for a new job, I needed to drive around apartment hunting and it was my birthday month. I was LIVID and vehemently expressed my disgust and frustration. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ANY ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL AGENCY EVER AGAIN! I moved at the end of June 2023 and I discarded the business card that the manager haughtily gave me as he denied me the vehicle but I think his name was Presh or something like that. I honestly can't remember. I think his last name started with a V. He may have been Persian or Middle Eastern. Whoever he is... I detest him for what he did. He ruined my birthday and prevented me from handling some very important business. I recently returned to America in May 2021 from E. Africa. When I secure a credit card, I will most definitely NOT be renting ANY cars from Enterprise. I worked for Hertz Rental Car in Georgia from 2015 to 2018. I take care of ANY vehicle as though it were my own. I return them clean and with gas. Unlike when I would pick them up from Enterprise and they would barely have any gas in them. This location and it's young, new manager suck! And that's putting it MILDLY!

Fast and quick pickup and drop off. They could pick you up and take you back home within a reasonably distance. Prices are competitive overall.

Terrible customer service. I've been a regular customer with enterprise on la brea and 12th st. I have always made a reservation. Which they never honor. They always say "Oh I don't know why the reservation went thru we have no cars available, we will give you another car but the insurance is higher. BUT TODAY was it they called in the morning to tell my husband they cancelled his reservation and if he needed another car not to book it to call around and see if there are any cars available. You have just lost a customer. I wouldn't recomend anyone to enterprise because a reservation doesn't mean anything to them. They don't care.

I have been a regular for enterprise and every reservation I have made they never have the vehicle when I pick it up. Their response is we were suppose to stop the reservation but the online allows it to go thru. Today was the worst they called to tell me, I'm sorry we cancelled your reservation. Don't book call every office to see if they have a car. What kind of customer service is this? Enterprise on la Brea and 12th worst customer service

This was the easiest, fastest, most pleasant experience. I came in first thing Monday morning w/out a reservation; Robert was friendly and professional and had me out of there in no time.The return was just as quick and easy (sorry, I don't remember who checked me out) but he was just as friendly and professional. Adam drove me back to the dealership.. another friendly and professional team member.The folks at BH BMW could take a few lessons from these guys.
