I’m so happy I discovered them a year ago. They are the only pharmacy all go to now. Everyone so friendly. The one lady remembers my name every time. Also, there’s never a line to pick up prescriptions. Would much rather support local businesses as well!

The most unfriendly, most expensive, selling expired products, no apology among Koreantown pharmacies....There is an urgent need for customer service training for pharmacists who do not face customers and speak rudely!!!

Nice, friendly customer service and staff. I love that you're greeted in Korean when you call. Unfortunately, they don't dispense certain medications, which is unfortunate. I will definitely keep them in mind for other needs.

Month ago I have switched my pharmacy from CVS to this Ethical Drug store - the reason was the CVS failed supply one of my prescription drug on time; delayed more than two weeks!! and only communication I can do was to listen its phone recording, no real person!! Out of frustration, I have called Ethical Drug, even though this drug store been my neighborhood for long time,40? years, I did not think much of this drug store; but got a real pharmacist answered and found my prescription drug can be ready in a day!! So, I intended to move all my prescription drugs from CVS; but the pharmacist suggested to leave some prescription drug to get better price with big Pharmacist like CVS. What a relief you got communicating direct with pharmacist!!!

This drug store exceed my expectation! Their customer service was outstanding! Last Monday, I was looking for a medicine that would help me with my bodyaches and thankfully the pharmacist assisted and helped me! I am so satisfied with the service!

I have shopped at this pharmacy/store every month for five years or every two months since the pandemic. I always buy the three-pack blades, potato mask, and two long shower scrubs as a ritual. Usually, the same women are in the store but this time there were two violent men with the first whom I could not understand as I was speaking to my mother on the phone as I was looking around the store (as items had been moved and re-shelved to other areas) a monster pie man comes up to me breaking the six feet away and begins to speak which I can't understand then I begin to realize he is accusing me of stealing, now mind you; (I haven't left the store and I'm still shopping)! And mind you that women: Asian and Hispanics are standing here allowing the encounter to happen where these men run up one to hit me, l literally have to block this short man from attacking me- I had to defend myself from male violence being supported by women so used to patriarchy violence that they upheld male violence with silence and me defending myself looked foreign to them. Never in my life! Faux community. Faux woke. These individuals are a detriment to our community and are shamefully existing. I can only hope they learn as a business + understand a community is stronger when all the people understand how to respect their patrons and understand roots run deep in a community when we're interconnected. Shame on them for being racists uplifting racists fools. We have seen the consequences of Asians falsely accusing Black Girls of stealing in Los Angeles. DO BETTER and know it will no longer be tolerated in an evolving country where we no longer stand idly by while hate and false stereotypes are enforced.

The Asian male employees at this store are unprofessional, and discriminate towards customers of color. On Saturday I witnessed a black woman get accused of shoplifting and chased out of the store by the Asian male employees. This behavior was racist and unprofessional. If you are a person of color DO NOT shop at this store. You will be watched, you will be followed, and you will be accused of shoplifting. Unsurprisingly, I noticed this was not the first review where someone says they were accused of doing something they did not do.

Ordered masks and hand sanitizer for my parents in TN (while I was quarantined). Easy to order and pay over the phone and owner was very friendly and reliable. Shipped my items in 2 days to my parents!

I can see there hasn't been any recent reviews so let me just start off by saying the way I was treated was nothing near ethical. First of all they show me a K95 masks for $3.99 each. They resemble nothing like a real K95 mask. More importantly a gentleman was helping me and one of the women at the front rudely told me that I cut in line which was not true. The gentleman working next to her asked did I need help & starting showing me a mask. She proceeded to fuss at me for something that I did not do and I immediately left. Also seriously guilty of price gouging. I saw a bottle of hand sanitizer for $11. Ridiculous. You've been warned.

This is an excellent local pharmacy, with experienced and dedicated pharmacists who learn their customers well. They are multilingual (Korean, Spanish, English that I heard), and considerate. You will be happy you used them for your prescriptions. Street parking.

Don't be confused by the shoes, cosmetics and accessories available throughout the store. This is a drugstore. Very clean and super friendly staff. My friend came in with a bleeding finger, and they were so generous to allow her to dress her wound in the store with items bought there. They even gave us sterilized wipes to create an even cleaner environment to dress her wounds.
