Mark is the man. I was dealing issues with a repair from a different, shoddy, mechanic and Mark and his crew fixed it up proper. He was kind enough to answer all of my questions, give me advice before and after the repair, took my car in on an emergency notice, got the repair done quickly and reasonably priced, and helped me save money for things covered under my warranty. These guys don’t just do professional work, they are helpful and sincere beyond the service. He’s won my business for life. Thanks again, Mark!

If you need a new mechanic, GO TO THIS SHOP. I have an Audi and wanted to find somewhere other than the dealership to take my car to. I’m so grateful that I wound up at European motors. Mark not only took notes when I spoke to him, which made so much sense to me but had never happened when going to the mechanic, but he also showed me the parts taken out of my vehicle after the work was done, explained the work better than anyone’s explained the work to me as well AND gave me an itemized list of the work done. I was beyond impressed. Amazing service!! Highly recommend going here!

I've been coming here for all my car maintenance for last past 7 years, and they've always been super communicative, friendly, and speedy in their customer service, and I've never had a problem with my car (not a European car btw - they'll work on anything) that they couldn't fix for me or at least refer to someone else good (in the case of electrical work and body work). The repairs they did do were good, and the experience was okay. I tried to have my insurance paid for repairs done through them, and things weren't always straight forward, there were some complications, and things at times got a bit chaotic, but things were ironed out in the end.

European Motors is fantastic…. Really great service. I’ve taken mg Porche Macan for service, oil change, and brakes. My father is a mechanic who has a shop in NY. He specializes in German cars. Living in LA now, I don’t have the luxury of my dad helping with my car issues. To that end, I’m so happy I found European motors. Mark and European motors is very fair, they do a fantastic job, and has my dad’s mark of approval (he even came with me to the shop during a visit here). I am so happy I found a dependable mechanic shop in LA and highly recommend them. I live close by, but would definitely travel from anywhere in LA to bring my car in.Services: Check engine light diagnostic

I bought a used 2014 Audi Q5 which had some issues and I was recommended European motors by a family member. I didn't want to take this car just to any mechanic off the street as these cars are a little more complicated. To make a long story short they got it running great. Since then I had my transmission serviced with them and a few questions answered by Mark. This is my first Audi and coming from an old Mitsubishi these cars are more complicated. I highly recommend European Motors and ask for Mark. They are honest and trustworthy.

Mark is the best! I brought my car in for a routine service and repairs, and got it back the same day. Mark was communicative and explained everything to me in detail (he even showed me exactly why a certain part needed to be replaced). Mark and his team worked on my VW EuroVan recently and did an excellent job -- they didn't just tell me what needed to be replaced/fixed, but actually showed me with my van on the lift. They are VERY knowledgeable about the ins and outs of these vehicles (which is not readily found in the Los Angeles area). It's well worth the 20+ mile drive from the Westside. Can't say enough good things about this shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not go here. The receptionist was extremely rude and kept hanging up on me. I called again to talk to someone else to help me and she said I was not able to and that I was only able to talk to her. She yelled at me before hanging up. The calls are recorder for a good reason. I finally was able to speak to someone else that claimed to be the manager. Some old lady named Valentina and she completely lied to me claiming that they don’t do tires, alignments and basically refusing to do any service to my car. Horrible experience. My car was already in the shop. Please save your self from an excruciating experience.

Mark is great. Family owned business. His late father and him have been doing this for a long time. He doesn’t BS. His team gets the job done and has always been great with my 2015 Audi S3. Recommend if you got a more complicated European car handled with care.
