I phoned for a walker. Customer Service agent was professional and quick! Told me it would be delivered on the following day. Assembled and that I'd receive a courtesy call from a (909) ph #. Received call same day. Eric had it assembled and adjusted the handles. Professional manner and dress. Also when Eric called he said he'd deliver in 20 minutes...Eric was on time!

I have had the worse experience with 1/3 of the people I've had contact with. Your Manger or whatever you want to call him "CODY" is the worst of the worst. The first time I dealt with him, he wasn't very pleasant on the phone. But I had to call the 1-800 number approx 5 times to get my knee scooter and boot. The gal said each time someone would contact me. Well low and behold Cody finally called after the 5th call, and it was delivered. Drive that day EXCELLENT and very helpful. Well they gave me a short boot and the Dr. said long boot. Well I called Cody and he said dr need to call, then I waited for Ins. to approve. I called yesterday 9/21/22 and got a call back from rude Cody telling me it would be delivered today between 11-1, well the driver showed 12:30p up and my boot isn't in the van. He was told by Cody if I wasn't home to put it over the fence. Good thing he looked at the size. He said he would call Cody and see if he could run and pick it up or what. Well at 4:45p I hadn't heard anything. I called the driver. He said he'd call Cody. Well RUDE Cody called and said unfortunately my boot wasn't in the van. Well duh. He came up with an excuse again. I have a dinner to go to and the short boot is worthless. Doesn't hold air etc. He says Well don't you have the short boot? Yes I do, but it's NOT helping. I asked SO when is my boot coming? OBVIOUSLY NOT TODAY. No tmrw again between 11-1. This is 4 weeks of BS. Someone needs to talk to "Cody ", he's rude and his costumer service is even worse. Can't wait to be done with this company. I'll go buy my boot, like I did the first time. And I will be telling others to stay away. It's never about the costumer with Cody, unlike the 2 drivers who both should have Cody's job. They're nice, courteous, and will help and go above and beyond.

If I could give no stars I would. If your insurance gets you this provide get them to change them ASAP! These people SUCK. They are arrogant, ignorant, disrespectful, CARELESS, and full of excuses!!!! Express RX does not care for their patients. The girls that work there are snotty and the managers Ralph and Marlene are worst. Almost laugh of your frustration they caused. This supplier should be shut down by the government. They're responsibility lacks beyond measures, you should ALL go work at a McDonald's to relearn responsibility Bc a government job is too much for ALL these people!!!!! No supplies for almost 2 weeks. These people are a JOKE.

I have been calling for 2 days and have been on hold for over 30 minutes each time I have called. I am just trying to reorder supplies and am having a terrible time getting through to anyone. I didn't used to have this problem with this company, but for some reason now it's awful. I can't leave a message, I don't have an email address for anyone. The extension I have doesn't even get me through to anyone - it leads me to the same generic hold music. I will be starting to find a new distributor for my pump supplies now.

Absolutely horrible. 1) Language selection puts English as option #2 and Espanol as #1. If you press#2 for English, you sit on hold forever but don't worry because at 10min the line hangs up on you. Save yourself some time and press #1 and the person will answer the phone in English anyway. 2) Even though you provide them your credit card and they bill you, you still have to go on-line and provide an E-Signature. Why would you need to E-sign if you already paid? 3) Family owned with a political agenda. Why else would you put the English Language as #2. Oh wait, they're from California! Now I know.

This pharmacy is awful. Their employees are rude, arrogant, and incompetent. I even had the displeasure of speaking with the CEO, who also, by the way, acts as the pharmacist, and he was unbelievably arrogant, rude and disrespectful. It's no wonder the rest of the employees exhibit the same attitude and behaviors -- it all trickles down from the top. The CEO interrupted me every single time I tried to speak or explain my situation. That's a very bad trait for any leader to have, as it just shows that he cares more about himself and his own opinions than listening to what the customer is saying. One of the most important traits in a leader is the ability to listen, not just speak. When you interrupt and talk over someone, it just shows your arrogance and narcissism, as you think your voice and thoughts are more important than everyone else's. There are SO MANY competitors out there in the pharmaceutical industry, please give your business and your money to a company that actually treats their customers courteously and values their business. IF YOU HAVE DIABETES, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ORDER YOUR SUPPLIES FROM ANOTHER PHARMACY. Don't make the mistake I did in giving this place my business. I switched to a better known competitor and had no problem getting the same supplies that this pharmacy caused such a problem over. Not worth the headache! Just go somewhere else!
