Store Manager Chemice Rand has an excellent staff. Assistant Store Managers Sherry Montes and Cleber Santos are great.
The location of Extra Space Storage perfect for anyone living in the Hollywood area. The hours of operation to enter your unit are great.
The hours of very helpful if you want in-person assistance. The facility is clean and well maintained.

I will definitely rent here again for my storage needs. Storage is well kept, clean, no pests.. overall a good storage place. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Thank you!

Cleber Santos was incredibly helpful in helping my husband and I talk through rental options during an unplanned visit to this location on Vine. We had actually come from a competitors property where the customer service was sub-par.
Cleber took the time to explain our options based on our needs and showed us multiple spaces with advice on size of unit and length of time renting. He made a stressful experience smooth and easy.

Fair price for a good space. Easy access except for the very limited business hours. Wish we could access our unit earlier / later during the day. Especially on Sundays. First contact with the team on site was great. Team changed after that and the new people were not as nice nor helpful.

Very easy to set up, good value and you can use the storage immediately after a short onboarding process. A few times I have left my unit unlocked and staff even make sure to lock it and then contact me to let me know - going above and beyond!

The price has been increasing A LOT. It was supposed to be 211$ each month and this month they charged me 347$, without even telling me. I tried to contact them by email to ask why the price was increasing so much and if there was something I could do and I never got an answer. Since it’s too expensive I find myself now trying to find another storage place and having to move everything being out of the country because I can’t be paying that much money when it was supposed to be 136$ less than what they’re charging, and being afraid of what the next charge would be since it keeps increasing.

Sherry was so nice and attentive, it was refreshing to speak with someone who clearly enjoys her job and helping people! Would definitely recommend this extra space storage location!

The facility was clean and the staff was helpful. Sherry (the assistant manager) was super sweet and took the time to explain everything to me and my dad. She really went above and beyond in my opinion and I feel my stuff is super safe and secure at this location! Thank you!
