This place is always closed, due to lazy employees, especially the The guy I believe his name is Jamal , he ain’t do anything and begging disrespectful to customers on the phone and even face to face, overall horrible experience with this guy 👎🏻

Beware! Prices can jump overnight. I visited one day and called the next to book, only to find the rate had already gone up. They never disclosed to me that pricing might change & refused to honor the original quote. It felt like a bait-and-switch. Very poor communication and disappointing customer service.

The staff here were very helpful. Ed assisted with my check in matters and was able to handle it very well. Jose was generous and supportive during my check out. I recommend this location for your moving services. They’re very professional.

Jose was extra cool, quick and helpful. He goes out of his way to help make the place safer and more convenient. The location is a little nicer than some of the other extra space locations i’ve seen near downtown LA. I like that i could drive into a secure space/garage then take my time loading/unloading. That seems unique to this storage facility. Thanks, Jose!
P.S. The bathroom is also very clean and filterer water is available nearby at the front office.

The manager Jose has been unusually accommodating and thoughtful. The facility is kept clean and orderly, in spite of the East Hollywood neighborhood. Very secure. No problems whatever, and I have rented a space here for the last 12 years.
