Cristal assisted me but she's not too happy. I have to ask several times what she was telling me. It's like she's talking to herself. It was a far way with my experiences at Fedex Magic Mountain, Sta. Clarita where the staff are cheerful soon as you enter the door, always too happy to assist and help.

Daniel, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me. He was very hospitable, and kind throughout the entire process. What is also telling about him is how kindly he treats his staff and customers - always with a smile on his face.I will 100% return every time I need anything printed or shipped.

These people are such thieves! I paid more just to get my package delivered by a certain date internationally. The package never got delivered by that date although the fedex rep at this center promised me the delivery date, she put it for expected delivery date instead of scheduled delivery date on the system. There was no other way to know this before paying and getting a receipt. Now fedex is telling me I’m not eligible for a refund for late delivery because of that. If I’m paying extra, I need to get it delivered by a certain date, that’s an understood thing and that’s what was promised by the rep there!!!! But these people lack the business integrity and honesty. I would definitely stop using fedex now because of lack of business ethics shown by these monsters.

I ordered a printing job in the morning for a 3 pm pickup time, arrived at 3 pm and their employee informed me their system was down & no production staff was on site printing anything. No solution was offered and after calling the customer service number I was informed that the only way to cancel the order or receive a refund would be through the manager, who is not on site. Called today to follow up and no answer from the store and customer service says they will email the manager to get my refund. Not only is this location unresponsive and unreliable (why accept orders at your location when your system isn't working?) - but fed ex as a company not being able to refund me over the phone seems ridiculous as well.

Overall horrible experience with fedex. Paid for expedited shipping, they went to my address and failed to drop off the package for some reason. Went to pick it up from location they sent me and it wasnt there, went to this store location where it actually is and its not open at 230 pm on a saturday despite hours indicating it is. This package was urgent which is why I paid for the shipping, now it will be 5 days late. Fedex is awful.

Just wanted to take a moment and share my appreciation for Store Manager Daniel. Daniel, you went out of your way to help me with my operational delayed package. I deeply appreciate it man. I was able to get it and this was a very important package, so you were a big help. Daniel was patient and understanding. His staff was cooperative as well. Call ahead or something to check hours. I went to 2 nearby locations on a Saturday at 2pm (google and window say open until 6pm) and both were closed

Got here at 5:15pm on Saturday and it was closed. Per security they are sometimes closed on Saturday and sometimes open.

Guy on the phone at 5 today (Friday) Hung up on me while I was still talking, I work in retail and sales and have to work the phones and I would get fired if I did that to a customer.

Horrible how they put a $10 hold for an $.89 transaction. Absolutely ridiculous. And they won’t take cash on top of it! Never again if my life depends upon it
