The customer service at this location is great, but I've had an issue with the associated delivery drivers time and time again. I am paying for a -delivery-, yet these FedEx drivers always fail to drop parcels off in my appartment's mailroom. To be honest, every nearby FedEx location has given me trouble when having something delivered. I don't have a car and I work constantly, yet I have to take time out of my day or pay for transit to receive something I already paid for. UPS, USPS, Amazon, grocery deliveries, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Postmates, Doordash, and all other delivery drivers enter the mailroom and drop off parcels without issue. If they're confused for whatever reason, I atleast get a call or message and I meet them downstairs. Yet here is FedEx, I stay home, wait outside of my appartment all day, and NEVER receive any form of contact, I dont even see a driver while the order has it's delivery status change to claim that they couldn't deliver it. I'm at a point where I cancel all orders that come through FedEx. There isn't even a reliable way to contact customer service or resolve this extremely common issue. This is probably the 8th time this has happened to me.

Absurdly expensive almost one dollar a page to print black and white. Terrible computer system booted me out cause maxed out at $80 with no way to add money. Guess I gotta buy a printer

it is unbelievable, do not even know why Fedex gives time estimates as they are always inaccurate and make you wait all day for a package to sign

I don't know what the hell these reviews are talking about but this fed ex location is the best. Both of the girls that work there are amazing! They're super sweet and really hard working

Poor customer service from certain employees. Some employees have been kind and efficient, but my last two visits have been frustrating due to a shorter female employee who doesn’t seem to care about helping customers. I go to multiple FedEx’s for work around LA and this one is surprisingly the worst out of all.

I do want to preface that I come from a customer service and change management background, so I'm being very frank. The shop has an unwelcome vibe, not all the lights are on. Not only the staff that is mis-trained, but also the manager. You never get approached nor greeted. You basically have more luck and probably spend more money through their automated systems in the shop. Whatever services is listed online on FedEx's site and/or here on Google, its probably false. Unfortunately, this is a new staff with no true leadership, hopefully they get their act together because I can easily see this shop closing down soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After a debacle of my package being mis-delivered, I asked them to bring it to this location. I rushed to get there aMd arrived at 5:58pm yet they had already locked the doors and did nothing as I asked from outside why they closed early. I have been trying to get this package since Tuesday and FedEx mishandled it delivering it to the wrong place 3 days in a row. If you are in the business of delivering packages and can’t get that right….

The man there was very helpful and I was able to send my package easily. He's more comfortable in speaking in Korean. If you can, you should print out your own FedEx label to expedite the process!The entrance to the parking lot is on Western.

Need to print some documents for my visa application where nearby printing office will charge $3/page (yes! Unbelievable). I called FedEx 800 number and got nearby FedEx who can do the printing. You can email your files to a specific address and get a code. Then you can retrieve your file and print the document as you wish. The price was only $0.18/page! One missing star was for not clear display the price for 2-side printing where I want to save some papers but it will cost $0.69/page (yes, more than 3 times)! Overall, it’s good ?

I've visited this location (it's fairly new location too) to send out some shipment. Some of them were valuable with pre-label attached. Somehow this never happened to me with any other locations nearby but they have already lost 2 of my packages that are worth between $200 to $1000. Crazy shocked! Twice in few month period! Kept on tracking and first one says it has a problem delivering it to recipient's address which is a company(business) address that are occupied with receptionists. 2nd one shows the label had a issue and they replaced it while delivering. Recieved by the recipient but Some of Items were missing... 2 misses out of 4...! What the hell is this? I feel like something unusual(shady stuff) is happening and its ongoing since it's fairly new and the employees and drivers were probably newly hired and assigned to this larchmont location. Will be working on file a consumer complaint to headquarters as well. Never went through something like this twice! Fedex also need to investigate and fire those related ones. Seriously!

I fear this location is not quite ready to operate at full capacity. The staff are not well trained on their services or communication. The backlog for anything other than shipping make this location useless for most projects. It's easy to park in the adjacent garage or at a meter so I hope they get their act together.

Place is pretty pretty pretty bad. The parking situation is a nightmare. More than that, everyone I have come across that works there always seems to be angry. I have only been there a few times when my printer has been out of commission but every single time there has been awful customer service. Today when I went in I was actually waiting in line behind a few people because a customer and and employee were arguing about the poor level of customer service. Point is parking sucks, employees tend to not care about helping, and hopefully your printer works so you don't have to come here.
