Julie and Adrian were absolutely amazing. I thought customer service was a lost art until these two helped me out. For reasons, outside of my control, I showed up 6 minutes before they closed with 7 boxes, very large going to two separate destinations. I apologize profusely for coming in so late. They insisted it was not a problem. Not only did they help me make me feel much better about showing up. So late in the evening, they also went above and beyond helping me collect dimensions. And weights for the items as I'll need to ship them again shortly. In addition to that, they went above and beyond to add additional labels. So that once my items arrived, they were clearly marked for the location to not be confused with any other packages. They totally made my night without getting the shipment out. I would have had to cancel a flight and stay overnight. Just to get these items out in the morning. Beyond grateful, they have no idea how much hassle they saved me. And what they're kind attitudes, pleasant smiles did for my evening.And how it calmed my stress down. Julian Adrian absolutely deserve a little something extra. It's employees like them that every company wishes they had

I have my FedEx packages sent to this Walgreens/FedEx Onsite pickup location. I live in an apartment complex where I don't feel comfortable for my packages to be left at my door if I'm not home. This location is a safe alternative. I haven't had any real issues picking up my packages. The only thing is they do require you to show your ID even if you have the pickup QR code, online it says you don't need your ID if you have the code. Other than that, it's convenient and I don't have to worry about my packages being stolen.

Spent a half hour there trying to simply print a shipping label and send out a package. No one could help me. If you can’t help with me printing a label I already have and ship a small box you should not call yourselves a fedex location. Woke up early and am late to work for NOTHING

I must have gotten extremely lucky today. I was helped by Karen and she was kind and patient with me as she taped up my 3 large boxes and assisted me with matching the right mailing labels.

Worst customer service. Unprofessional, rude, no people skills. Worker YESENIA needs training on people skills and customer service. After all, this job pays her bills and she should deliver good customer service every time.

My FedEx packages rarely get to my apt because of a closed gate. They have instructions to call to open gate but never have in over 5 yrs. I try to use USPS as much as possible.
