Shipment from Fort Worth Texas to Los Angeles California:Why does it need to arrive at Memphis Tennessee ?? This wasted 1 full day !! Fort Worth to Dallas is less than 1 hour and a flight from Dallas to Los Angeles is less than 4 hours !! Waisted time and inconveniently planned. The worst delivery I ever experienced.

Two workers at this location, as well as two security guards intentionally closed the store early today so that they could leave out at exactly 6pm. I arrived at 5:51pm on Thursday, May 18th and the door was lock and everyone inside shook their heads and mouthed ‘we’re closed’. I was like it’s not even 6 o’clock. Smh ??♂️. I watched them stay in the store chatting until 6pm and then they walked out. Hope it was worth it, cause all I needed to do was p/u a package. But now I’ve been inconvenienced and I’ve filed a complaint with corporate, and of course posting this comment for everyone to review…

I called this location very upset about my package and trying to figure out what was going on with it. I ended up speaking to Mercedes, who was kind, empathetic helpful and went above and beyond to help me with the issues I was having. I would like to stress that I came in hot and she stayed professional and empathetic. Honestly I’m impressed!

Andrea is a rockstar! I had ski equipment I needed to send and she took the extra time to find the best way to pack it, ensure it was carefully boxed and make the ground cutoff time of 4pm. Andrea saved the day for me and I am very appreciative.

FedEx’s tracking is tampering with delivery information. I paid for express Shipping for my passport. On the day I left it did not arrive and the tracking said delayed till after the weekend. Now to submit a claim, their system says a delivery attempt was supposedly made within the time frame. Why is there no longer record of the delivery delay? That’s fraud. They also claim they can’t give a refund b/c no access was provided to the building. But I was already gone so how did they gain access the “second time”? We pay hundreds of dollars as customers and they use technology to cover themselves from responsibility. Go elsewhere people.

One star is for FedEx policy and does not apply to the friendly and knowledgeable staff, they are great. I sent a next day noon priority package to Oregon for $85 and change. It arrived in 2 days or 29 hours late. Contacted FedEx customer service, also great person, and was told with Covid and the weather, things get delayed. I understand that, but should there not be some financial consideration to the customer who paid for priority service and received 2 day service. Seems a bit one sided. Well, I guess I'll go USPS or UPS when it has to absolutely positively be there overnight going forward.

Current staff at this location is really great. They deal with a ton of traffic out of a small office. I’m always treated with kindness and my packages are well cared for. Thank you!

Do yourself a huge favor, go to a different FedEx location. The staff, the manager, and the security guard are the worst. How can they still be employed? The girl, Q (first letter of her name) laid into the customer in front of me just because she was questioning their hours. The manager, L, stood right by her side and said nothing. Monday, they posted their hours for drop off would be cut off at 5pm. No problem, I got there at 4:50. Today the sign says must be there at 430pm. That's why the person in front of me was questioning. My turn, I asked why are they cutting off the time when the driver is standing right there picking up all the packages? There was no one else in the store, all they needed to do was scan and hand to the driver. They are lazy and have no sense of customer service. I went to another FedEx location and they happily helped me, with time to spare. The manager has no spine, lets the employees run the place. Good luck if you go there, hopefully you'll find someone that wants to work.

I came here in to print some menus and Lizz helped me out. I am really happy with how the menus came out,but even more happy with the customer service I received. I highly recommend this Fedex location for ALL your Printing & shipping needs.
