They make picking up a package more difficult than it needs to be. You receive an email from FedEx saying it’s ready for pickup and to bring ID & the tracking number. There is nothing about proof of address, not even when you request for a reroute online. So if you’re traveling and have a package delivered to this location don’t! They will not give it to you if the address on your ID/Passport is not the same as the one on the package. So if you’ve made a mistake with the address and requested a reroute to this fedex for pickup it’s a done deal. Why are your employees at this store asking for lease agreements and utility bills for proof of address !? Just d*** , I’ve never had this issue at UPS or USPS , all you have to do is show them ID & the email confirmation you’ve received ?

Joanna was such a huge help and provided me with amazing service! having been my first time shipping with this location, I was a bit skeptical at first but left with an overall positive experience. I went in to ship a few large boxes containing heavy equipment and Joanna explained the entire process for shipping such items. She went in detail and even assisted me with lifting the boxes which was very kind of her to do. Would go back again.

Horrible service, after I was done loading all my packages they say they can’t ship without ID. Why would you charge me for supplies, then watch me load my stuff into the boxes I bought just from you, then you tell to tell me I need an ID to ship my stuff. Management don’t care about you or your stuff. How about you tell people you require ID to ship BEFORE. You sell your boxes. Never coming here

Terrible staff. Exaggerated requirements for international shipments. They demanded that we indicate the color, size and where the things sent in the suitcase were made, lol. Can you still take a blood test !?
