This establishment has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. The employees are incredibly impolite and unskilled, and the customers are mistreated. I will never be going back to this place!

Very helpful! I printed some documents, signed and had them scanned to email. I'm a bit technology challenged. The rep walked me through it all. I wish I had gotten his name. He was very helpful.

Paola S. In the print dept. was amazing. I had initially called other print shops but nobody could help me with’in a reasonable time frame and price.Finally I walked into the FedEx store on Beverly …It was busy, just before Christmas Day and despite all that she was professional, efficient and thorough on completing my print job.She truly saved my Christmas and I’m very appreciative for her efforts. I’ll always come back to that FedEx location. Very appreciative.

Paula, Mollie, Shoukat, and team run an awesome shop. I have worked with them on large print projects for corporate workshops; they always do a phenomenal job and make magic happen. Even when my deadlines are tight and the store is getting busy, they take the time to ensure all materials I’m ordering are accurate and provide their expertise and recommendations to make the project more of a success. I’ve also seen Paula address customers individually when there is a line to ensure anyone who has a quick drop off to make or question gets timely support without having to wait for longer than needed. (Can we talk about phenomenal customer service?)I’ve also shipped a lot of corporate materials here and they have been super helpful in ensuring goods arrive to the right place, at the right time, in perfect condition. Shoukat and Mollie did an awesome job with printing and preserving large corporate posters for me to travel with and ensure they didn’t get damaged in transit.Really appreciate the incredible effort of this group. Major thanks to this team for providing such outstanding service and for being so personable and fun to work with.

My husband and I shipped a package through FedEx which has always been simple and easy. Shoukat made the experience one I would like to forget. His tons and attitude when asking simple questions was unnecessary. It almost felt homophobic seeing has I am a cis man and so is my husband. I do not plan to return to this location and plan to advise others not to as well. Seeing as I work in hospitality I found this lack of graceful and caring customer service very disappointing.

Ramon the parking attendant here is very rude, haughty and vulgar. He wanted my car key even though there were plenty of parking spaces and I was going to be dropping off something at Fedex for less than 2 minutes. I would avoid this lot, I worry the valuables from your car might disappear thanks to Ramon.

Terrible customer service. Rude. People there do not want to work. I have been cursed by one of the employee who wears make up. This guy need to be fire.I spend a lot of money using the printers nobody helps, nobody clean the seats are sticky.I am a business owner and I work hard. I don’t accept disrespectful employee toward customers.It’s a shame, if you don’t want to work don’t work.

Today, for the first time in my life in America, I came to send a parcel to Norway. I had with me two small bags of sweets that weighed a maximum of 15 lb. A young man with painted eyes helped me well at the beginning, with packing and filling out documents. But when it came time to pay, he billed me for $ 500, which turned out to be twice as expensive as the cost of my entire package, I changed my mind about sending the package and told him about it. And he started laughing brazenly in my face because I have no money to pay for the package. It was terribly ugly of him. I hope the administration of this post office will teach their employees culture and respect towards other people.

Very clean and chill, notice that everyone that came in was greeted but when I came in I was ignored, just something I noticed. Not bothered but would come again if it’s convenient but the fed ex on mid wilshire is the best!!!! Nice friendly and attentive

Terrible place to print posters!!! This guy Wesley is SO rude and disrespectful! They are always understaff, long waiting lines, printers not working. Not coming back ever!! Specially because you can have a better service in the CVS across the street and cheaper!! Stay away!!!
