Absolutely never coming back. Made an appointment for an oil change and they held my car for over 3 and a half fucking hours. I can't believe how incompetent they are. Spare yourself the frustration and bullshit, just go somewhere else.

Just awful. Ruined my day. Quite possibly the worst service I've ever had in Los Angeles. And I've lived here since 2012. Absolutely atrocious. Called ahead to make sure they had the tires I needed in stock - that took over 30 minutes. Showed up, had to wait 30 minutes only to find out they don't have the tires I specifically called about. Rude, disrespectful and slow.

Last week I took my car out of storage, my rear passenger tire wouldn't keep air so I went to Firestone to buy a new tire. I live within walking distance so it was a convenient option. I was greeted by Adrian who took great care of me. I let him know that I also would like air in the rest of my tires & I would only be purchasing one tire. My keys were given to Luis & that's where the problem started. My car was pulled up to the front, not into the garage port. Luis jacked up my car and I proceeded to make small talk with him while he took my tire off. He ignored me, that's ok. He doesn't have to talk to me. He came back with my tire and I proceeded to make some more small talk with him. Ignored again. I'm just trying to get a feel for the person that's making sure my car drives down the road safely. I asked if he was hearing me and was given complete attitude. Walked away running his mouth in front of his coworkers and his boss for the day (Adrian). I went inside to pay & come back out to my car all while Luis is still running his mouth as I'm pulling out of the parking lot. VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Granted he did change the tire. No air was put into my other tires. Very poor customer service. Do not come here!!!! Unless you want to be treated poorly

SOOOOO UPSET. I came in at 12 pm and didn't leave till 4 pm and all for a simple OIL CHANGE!!!!!! I am a nursing student and do not have time to spend that many hours out somewhere or else it puts me BEHIND. On top of that the fat girl in the front with the eyeliner was a MAJOOORRRRR RAGING BITCH and yelled at me. Fucking ridiculous so mad. I can't believe that I went through this worst experience EVVVVVVEEEEERRRRR DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pattie is fabulous! She has the best customer service skills! She greets everybody friendly, she explains things to everyone, she shows appreciation for peoples time. She definitely deserves a raise. I hope she’s treated just as fabulous as she treats the fire stone customers.

I came here yesterday it was so busy. Decided to ask for appointment for tomorrow not to spend time because they said 2 hour max. Today my appointment was at 1 o'clock and I came 5 mins before and now it's 5 o'clock nearly. If I will wait 4 hours why are you giving appointment for only takes 5-10 mins inspection ?

Please do yourself a favor and never take your business there. Everyone working there could not care any less about any customers. And they are rip offs. Worst customer service while getting ripped off. Avoid this place.

It took too long for a simple inspection, too much Time waste , almost 6 Hours to complete an inspection it is too long, Time Is more Valuable than Money and although they charged Me cheap the Time spent was too much.

Brought my car in for a full inspection, somehow never occurred to them to see why the check engine light was on. Told me I’d have to come back the next day for another $100. Oh, and didn’t bother to put air in the tires. Decent chance the dude helping me was high. (Took a few attempts to get my phone number right)

The staff here (especially Jaime) is extremely helpful to customers. He offered to check all of my tires for low air pressure when only one tire was the problem that I came in for. He was able to help me as the store was being closed for the evening and helped me to get back on the road safely. The store Manager Patti was also helpful in helping me to identify the employee who helped me out as well.
