I had a huge issue today that needed immediate attention with a banking issue My Laguna Niguel branch manager arranged for me to have my issue addressed at this branch. When I walked into this branch I was immediately acknowledged and they knew what exactly I needed. Lily was extremely helpful and was able to put me at ease and took care of my issue. The manager also came over and made sure I was being helped. What a nice feeling to have someone assist me in my time of need.

Do you enjoying wasting your time? Do you enjoy being given the runaround? Do you relish gathering documentation for no reason? Want to have your credit pulled for a laugh and giggle? Then this is the bank for you. Tried applying for a loan, spoke to the loan person and was met with the usual marketing BS and promises of being 'not like other lenders', 'quality of work', 'integrity', 'promise to get things done' etc. Guess what. A whole bunch of baloney, incompetent agents and people who apparently don't know their own rules and lending practices.
