I just received a phone call from Linda @ ext 2168, I was made to feel I had done something wrong after she asked questions and requested I obtain additional documentation from the Human Resources at my facility. I initially requested a car loan, but I did not know it would be an inconvenience to do so after having surgery and now in recovery after. Linda did not understand her requests were unreasonable to ask and repeatedly attempted to talk over me so I had no choice but to withdraw my request and end the phone call. Previously I had concerns whether I should change banks since it is affiliated with a former employer. I will now be withdrawing my money from First City after years of banking there and encouraging many of my former Nurse coworkers to do the same due to this disappointing treatment

I visit regularly. There’s always parking and it’s free with validation. Staff is always welcoming and friendly.

I have been with this credit Union for many years we've had our UPS and Downs. Right now we're in a middle area where I believe the new GM has made Some major changes, That are not people friendly. He did away with shared branching In person and over the phone. Also there's been some pitfalls adding the app Zelle to the mobile app it is so unuser friendly there are no words. I have expressed my Dislike and it just takes too much to move accounts and start all over with another bank or credit union. Hopefully I'm not the only one complaining and things will change we'll see.

I have been with the credit Union for many years and I can say most of my experiences have been Good there was no line didn't have to wait The only problem I have with the credit Union is I have Zelle as a 3rd party app and When the Credit Union added it to the mobile app it app is not functioning as efficiently as the 3rd party app does I wish they would fix it

Horrible new location lacking security. This is the review of the new location .Sure they validate for underground parking. Anyone can enter off the street into lonely parking garage. Take an elevator and walk in the lonely open air courtyard to the street to enter bank. NOTHING about this space says convenience, quick trip to the bank, or this is is safe place to be. Just get me out of here cuz I never want to have to do my banking here again. That was my first impression as I was walking into the bank.As I was leaving the bank and I was in the lonely parking lot a crazes vagrant ran down the ramp and threw himself to the ground. I rushed to my car. As another woman entered the house underground parking the man began to wave his arms and harass her. N security in sight. Enter at your own risk. I am not coming back….

Incredibly bad responsiveness. Tried to get contact SEVEN TIMES!! Yet no answer. Had to email the CEO, a few minutes ago and maybe he can make things happen. Just insanely frustrating since I just want help with one simple thing.

Bank blocks my transaction. No notice from them and because its saturday they are completely unreachable.thanks first city. Closed on Saturdays shows how litrle you care for account holders

I'm a nearly a 30 Year Customer, just left the Credit Union over crappy service and $65.00. I'm done with your Credit Union. I'm not paying someone to treat me like Crap.

Don't ever, EVER deposit or call. IF YOU DIRECT DEPOSIT, just use that and don't mess with this bank! They held my check for over a week, (the same one i deposit every month), they can do it to anyone, any time. If you call instead of going in, they WILL hang up on you, and do an extended review, just because they don't like you. After speaking with three workers and a supervisor, I got very nasty people who refused to tell me any policy, and this is coming from someone who worked for a bank for 3 years. STAY AWAY!!! Worst "credit union" EVERRRRRR

I should have used my own CU, the hours are trash, the app is trash. Needed to sell my car today. couldn't because the there is no loan payoff data online that contains all the required data for dealer. just awful. only open when you are at work; avoid at all costs
