Fred Loya Insurance in my Opinion is a horrible insurance company due to the fact of their horrible at their Professionalism and Responsiveness. On Feb 8th 2020 I was involved in a hit and run accident by a drunk driver, called Fred Loya Insurance the next morning got that whole process out of the way and from their on I dealt with nothing but, BS.
