I had a horrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. In a parking lot some driver backed up into my car and left. When I came back to my car and noticed that someone had hit my car I went up to security and requested to see the video. Security saw the video and told me that they were not able to give me any information. They told me to have my insurance call them and request a copy of the video. I did as told and after a few weeks the claim adjuster called me and said that there was nothing she could do about it because she didn't know how to fill out the form to request a copy of the video. REALLY? SHE IS IN THE INSURANCE BUSYNESS AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO FILL OUT A SIMPLE REQUEST FORM??? WOW! Big disappointment!!! In the end I had to pay for the repairs. It makes no sense to pay for car insurance and not get the help when needed... ??

Just Terrible! These people should be categorized as scam artist! I would NOT recommend to ANYONE! I was with them for years, thinking I made out with a good deal for the price and coverage! To turn and actually need them after an accident, and they're the absolute worst to work with!!! They claim to cover you but you have to pull all kinds of teeth to actually get some help!!! Just ridiculous!

Terrible service. Is an horrible situation. I was a costumer paying my bill on time.till I've had an accident on December 2019. I've filled a claim till this day. I've haven't heard anything back from them."nothing". I also had a changed of address. I reported to them through the phone I was living in a new address. Then they frosted my account. So I've wasn't able to paid my bill. Now they're charging me an extra amount. Because I didn't make my payments on time. When they were the one that frosted my account. So I dropped this company. Is a terrible work all around. They're good on collecting money. But bad on working we a costumer. Worst company ever.

My experience with them is nothing but frustration and anger. Worst insurance company ever. I went in last Friday to cancel my policy. The girl told me to sign two papers one is for to stop my automatic payments and the other one is cancel the policy. The girl there told me my policy is canceled. Then yesterday Monday I get and email from my bank saying fred loya took out a payment from my account. Which I am furious with them. Just wait of money and time with fred loya. Worst insurance company ever.

It went pretty damn well, 10/10. Professionalism at is best I can say. Obviously I went in with the reviews in mind, but decided to try it out for myself. I am guessing they replaced the inept and incompetent personnel with people who actually work. Well the rating stays and if anything happens I will not hesitate to change this review. Keep up the excellent work.
