I'm obsessed with Free People! I've been wearing this boho chic (with a little grunge) brand since high school (ages ago) way before I realized how popular it is (I was totally clueless). If only I'd known, I wouldn't have tossed my favorite slinky FP tank dress I wore back then because it would be labeled as 90's vintage today. I say this because FP sells a few "gently worn" vintage pieces online. Yes, the clothes are pricey but uniquely stylish for those who like to stand apart from the rest. You won't see yourself twice on the streets and you'll have these statement pieces for years to come. Also, I get lots of compliments on my FP wardrobe (just saying). As for this location, it's small but they're starting to carrying more of the online items, which is convenient. But I mainly come here for returns/exchanges and never have any issues (get the app). I've interacted with several of the sales associates and they're all super cool and helpful. I've always been met with a warm welcome, smiles and all.

Customer service is not good and the store is really small/carries low stock. I would go to a different one out of the way before I go to this one because neither them nor the FP Movement store in the same mall carry enough.

The Asian lady with glasses followed my friend and I like we were suspicious. She made us feel uncomfortable and as if we were being racially profiled. She kept staring at us and made it blatantly obvious that she was trying to see if we were stealing (Taking out the trash can next to us when there was barely any trash in it, staring, hovering around). The lady at the register was nice and made the check out process quick and easy. They have cute stuff but a bit overpriced. I still made a purchase despite all of this and realized afterward that I shouldn’t have given them my business.

Never shopping here again. I placed an online order and received the wrong size. Then, I came into store to make a return and discovered when I got home the sales associate returned the wrong items (which are priced differently). Now I have to make another trip to resolve this.... and based on other reviews here looks like people have issues with returns. Better off ordering Free People on Nordstrom or Macys...

Returned an item I purchased online here (on July 9th) and then a month later got recharged for the item saying "I never returned it". When they gave me the receipt at the time of return it said $0- I remember mentioning I thought that was weird and she said "no this is how it always in for people who return items they purchased online, don't worry you will get the full return amount ". Yep, no. I knew something was off. And now I was just charged $180 for something I took time out of my day to return :) thanks Free People Someone needs to fix this.

THIS IS FOR AN ONLINE ORDER NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. So I ordered a specific product with a specific color and they chose so send me another color, I called them to see what could be done , they just said they would email me a return label um HELLO THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT IT WAS YOURS !!! I was supposed to wear this product to an event and will not be able to ship out and then reorder on time to use it , the least you can do is send me the right color, I SHOULD NOT have to waste MY time and resources to ship out the wrong product that YOU SENT me so refund me or send the right product ! It's not my fault you sent the wrong one and plus their customer service sucks I spend so much money on their app yea I had the app ! And they can't even do this for me after it's their fault You've been warned . So unhappy I love their clothes however it's become a thing of ethics now

This review is actually for FRee People Movement which is on the second floor of the mall. I had an amazing shopping experience there thanks to a great salesperson named McKenna (I think that was her name... brunette working at 4pm on 3/4!). I entered planning on spending $0 and left with $438 of amazing clothes. Thank you!
