The Service received is simply the greatest team. If you're not sure about doing your own taxes, here is the place that will assist, answer most important concerns and put closure to your Taxes. Or at least, make every possible effort to fulfill your issue(s). Thank you.

Very busy servers. Having free services seens that we who need help and have questions are not that important after completing filing the taxes. Why is so hard to communicate with someone in this office! They need volunteers with a better attitude!

Uhhh why didn't anyone tell me about FTPLA??!?!?!?! I got my taxes done here so quickly and accurately that I made my whole family get it done here as well. I didn't even know that this was run by both staff AND volunteers; everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about what our situations were and they really looked out for my well-being in terms of making sure we didn't get cheated out from other for-profit tax services. They had such a clean set-up that once I made my appointment, there was no wait and I was in and out with a completed tax return! I don't know if this has anything to do with their services but I even received my returns super quickly after my appointment. I would recommend everyone get their taxes done here 110%! I'm comin' back every year!!!!

I have been coming here for many years. They were open during the pandemic. This year, taxes are in-person. The preparers are very knowledgeable and they review everything. One staff looked up my old taxes to make sure I would get the most in refunds. Thank you!
