Awesome service! I spoke to Terri (Customer Service Manager) about my concern with a previous delivery and she immediately understood and immediately offered a solution! So rare these days to be heard and have a solution offered on the spot. As promised, the new flowers were delivered the next day. Their designer Andrea really did an amazing arrangement. My guy orders from them and now I will be too! Thank you again!

Bravo!! I placed an order to be delivered for my Moms Birthday and the flowers were delivered to her as promised and they were absolutely magnificent! She called me to say she had never seen flowers presented in an arrangement this beautiful. You can be assured that they will deliver your flowers to your loved one as pictured and they will make a lasting impression on the individual receiving them. Although I didn't deal with the French Florist directly, the flowers my boyfriend got me for Valentine's Day were absolutely breathtaking. They crafted the most beautiful bouquet I've ever received with my favorite colors! Almost a week later, and the flowers still look fresh and lively. While my boyfriend noted they were slightly pricey, the exceptional quality and service offered far surpass what he saw from other florists. He was able to place an order a few weeks in advance and pick it up without any hassle the day before Valentine's. I'm completely in love with my flowers and can't wait to order from the French Florist again for a gift or a special occasion!

Deducted points as I had a very negative experience.I scheduled a Feb 16 delivery for my mom's birthday that didn't get delivered. I called the next day to find out why.I was toldA). The delivery address was in a gated communityI told her thats not true. that she can google map it.B). She googled maped the delivery address which she said, well, there's a gate we couldnt open.I told her that the gate is latched but not locked and no delivery person has ever had a problem even their delivery service before.C). She sarcastically said: "We know how to operate a latch, our delivery driver has common sense and couldnt do it".So I opened up my street camera, and looked for any delivery van, delivery person with flowers that attempted any delivery and ofcourse there was nobody so I know it was a lie.D). "We called you and your receipient but nobody answered". That same day, I went to my moms and looked for any calls and found nothing on neither of our phones.The flowers got delivered finally after 2 days but I just wished that they owned up to their mistake instead of lying.

Couldn’t recommend this florist more!!! Absolutely blown away by the service. After a tiny mixup I reached and was met by some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had. The flowers were delivered promptly and were absolutely stunning. I can’t wait to order again. Thank you so much guys :)))

Ryan at the French Florist is a Valentine’s Day hero! I ordered a beautiful bouquet of red roses for my wonderful girlfriend, but some awful person stole them after the roses were delivered. Ryan saved the day and sent her a replacement bouquet of roses! I can’t thank Ryan and the French Florist enough. And the bouquet is gorgeous!

I was in a pinch and French Florists helped me out! and not only was i in a pinch, but i asked them to change the card the day of the delivery and they were happy to help! def recommend!

I wanted an arrangement to bring to my mom in the hospital. I called them in the afternoon asking if arrangements were available on a walk in basis and how much they would cost. I was told there are many available to chose from and they started at $50. I showed up at their store less than hour later to be handed a laminated 'menu' with arrangements starting at $99. They said "there are no exceptions" apparently cause they want to cash in on Valentines Day. Thanks for wasting my time! Honestly I only called them cause I had received arrangements as gifts from them before, most likely cause they are located close to where I live, but their arrangements never lasted that long. I didn't care today about how long the arrangement would last so much today cause I was buying for a hospital room but I will never attempt to patronize them again and I am sharing my experience here in case anyone would want to steer clear.

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day to be delivered the day before (today, the 13th). This was supposed to be a surprise but unfortunately they decided to deliver to another house. What was a major annoyance turned into some of the best customer service around. After about 10 minutes they refunded my order; then about an hour later I received an email where they offered to re-deliver and still refund me. I'm not taking them up as there's no point now but that gesture was incredible and very appreciated. Mistakes happen but good companies like French Florist try beyond what's expected to make it right. It didn't work out this time but I'd love to see their arrangements someday in the future. I think I'll order for pickup though :)

I picked up Orchids, and a specific bouquet, and they accommodated me by not just showing me specific different types of each, but they took their time and were as detailed and patient as possible. The service, prices, and people here are all excellent.
