“One of the best automotive museums in the world. The collections change often so worth going back a few times per year. Parking is expensive ($21) in the garage.”
“One of our favorite shops in LA. Wacko is the perfect gift store. From kitsch apron to esoteric books, from mushroom designed lamps to silicon finger puppet, weird socks and so much more, be prepared to spend quite some time in there checking all the amazing stuffs they have!”
“So it was my lovely wife’s birthday. Unfortunately I was working and had an early dismissal, even though no time was given and they were able to prepare me an arrangement.
Thank you Eddible Arrangements”

“Stephanie was so sweet and knew exactly want I wanted! She styled me with the perfect everyday bracelets and rings. I will definitely coming back for more! Great experience”
“The Goddess Mercado Bazaar is a beautiful collective of women—rooted in Indigenous wisdom and artisan traditions—bringing a truly unique and soulful experience to the heart of Montebello. This is more than a marketplace; it’s a living community. You can step into a women’s circle, learn to sew with intention, explore candle-making workshops, or wander through pop-up art walks that celebrate creativity and culture.
The space also offers sound baths, a thoughtfully curated bookstore, poetry readings featuring a variety of authors, and an inspiring gallery showcasing local artists with new installations every month. Even their lottery nights feel intentional and community-centered. Every visit feels nourishing, creative, and deeply connected—an authentic space where art, healing, and culture meet.”
“I visited Leanna Lin's Wonderland for the first time today in need of a gift suitable for a one-year-old baby. Olivia helped me find the perfect present and wrapped it beautifully. The shop and staff are charming, and the selection of gifts, books, home goods, and toys is so thoughtfully curated. I'll definitely be back.”
“This place is an absolute treasure. In an era when unique gift shops are disappearing, Emmy always manage to curate a delightful and quirky collection of things you never knew you needed. Best Snarky card collection in town, and the windows are always fun! Congrats on 16 Years Emmy!”
“Accidentally wandered in here and discovered such a gem! Everything in here is so cute and it was being run by the person who also creates everything, so I got to tell her how cute her stuff is! Walked out with a ton of stickers and some cute little mugs.”
“Minimalist Japanese design meets home goods and stationery. The products are simple but beautiful—ceramics, pens, and textiles. A bit pricey, but you’re paying for craftsmanship. The vibe is quiet and curated. Great spot if you appreciate thoughtful design”

“This place was incredibly cool and we ended up spending wayyy more time here than we thought we were going to? DEFINITELY worth the visit.
P.S. one of the employees by the name of James was incredibly helpful and kind towards us! Thank you to him☺️”
“Bought a little Kita figure for a friend here. Price was lower than another place nearby for the same thing. Seemed to be a well organized store overall, which was nice.”
“I LOVE this place!! I've never been able to get any Arknights merch even at anime expo. So seeing it here was so awesome. A lot of genshin stuff too if you're into that. I'm an avid cat girl fan and a LOT of the stuff they have here are cat girls so this place was literally heaven.”
“My favorite place to shop for gift for loved ones and myself. They have incredible themes throughout the shop and lots of variety to choose from. This shop has very kind staff that brings so much warmth to their customers making it a very comforting and enjoyable experience every time you are shopping. ?️?”
“Just leaving the shop now. Hilda helped me and she’s the sweetest. I recently completed my last improv class, and tonight we have a class show. Well, it also happens to be our instructor’s birthday so the class decided we would get her a surprise bouquet to celebrate. I had no clue what I was looking for but Hilda put together an incredible arrangement for me. And to think I almost went to TJs!”

“Bunkado feels wonderfully fragile in the most beautiful way, as if every object inside carries a quiet history that could be lost if not handled with care. The soft glow of lantern light, aged wood-paneled walls, and delicately arranged ceramics create an atmosphere that invites slow movement and mindful attention. Nothing feels rushed or disposable; each item appears to rest exactly where it belongs, with intention and respect. The narrow aisles and glass cases heighten that sense of vulnerability, reminding you to look closely and move gently. There’s a calm stillness to the space, as though time softens once you step inside. Shopping here feels more like entering a living archive than a store. You leave with a quiet appreciation, as if you’ve briefly held something precious and timeless.”
“This is a lovely shop with beautiful house plants, artistic & stylish gifts & a warm welcoming vibe. I love to see sweet Chester, the shop dog when I visit. Visiting this creative space is worth a trip to this unique Hollywood {near West Hollywood} neighborhood.

“Such a gem of a store! This is THE PLACE to go when you need to buy someone (or yourself!) a gift. I bought a baby gift here last weekend and they had such a wonderful selection, and wrapped everything so beautifully.”
“Clean store, many options to buy, and I did walk down a few more blocks and I saw better prices. The employeesdid not talk much so friendliness was not on their list for the day. Pretty much the whole strip has the same things.”
“very beautiful store. a lot of interesting. very kind staff. I think this store brings good luck, I really like it! I bought myself some very high quality amulets!”
“Jessica helped me over the phone in securing a last available pair of AKILA frames. Being here in CLT and F.D.G.S. in LA - I couldn't have asked for better customer service and she was so accommodating! If all small businesses were run like F.D.G.S. - we wouldn't have such a demand for the big box stores! A++”
“Great spot to buy pens, notebooks, plushies, collectibles, Keychain and more. All products are the latest popular anime trends. Aisles are a bit tight as you will have to squeeze through someone to walk pass them in an aisle.
Products are easy to find and read. Prices are good for the products. You may find certain products here that you wont find at other stores.”
“An extremely unique and original store.
Every piece is very unique, and the prices are very affordable. It’s evident that the owners aren’t price gouging, like all the other stores.
I’m extremely happy with my purchases there!”
“This spot is dope. I've come here multiple times for gifts - great spot for birthdays, Christmas, etc. They have a ton of stationery like notebooks, cards, stickers, merch, and the like. They also have an awesome selection of artists' goods in the back of their store, and books in the front. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, and you can tell the store is very community centered. Love that they provide free masks for those who need them! Everything is pretty reasonably priced, especially for being in this section of Highland Park. I'm always willing to give my money to support small businesses over billionaires, and I hope this store stays around for a while.”
“Great souvenir shop for visiting California, excellent service. The manager of the place, kind and efficient, found everything we asked for quicklyAbsolutely reasonable prices.Highly recommended!Convenient parking.==* Eliran Kaissar - Tour - Guidewww.bibletours.co.il”
“The LAPhil store is located in the Walt Disney concert hall. It is an adorable little store which focuses on what the LA Phil community would like to see and purchase. There’s merchandise related to the music performed and for music lovers from a very young audience to the older generations. There are inexpensive and expensive items to choose from. It is very elegant and can easily accommodate many people; and it has selections for yourself and for gifts to give such as mugs, magazines, magnets, albums, cds, record player, earrings, necklaces, shirts, books, instruments, purses, stickers, and jewelry. This store celebrates the years Dudamel has been the director and conductor for the LA Philharmonic ❤️??”
“Excellent value, I can't understand how she can sell it for so little. Worth supporting this local business. It is on the north side of street btw not south”
“Needed last minute party decorations and this hidden shop saved the day! I was greeted by Lupe, the sweetest owner. She was very helpful and had balloons, candles and even had fresh flowers in a fridge!”
