They close the store anytime they want . The website says closes at 3 pm , bunch of people came like us at 2:45 on Friday before Shabbos, they turned us away - security guy said we are closed ! They can ruin your Shabbos plans ! Very unreliable!

Nayos ate here and ruined the whole store. However, this place has the best fried chicken on earth.

We’ve made several large sushi orders over the years for our Club meetings and they have forgotten our orders every time we’ve come to pick it up. The sushi itself is good but the service is awful.

I bought 2 pounds cucumbers with lots of other groceries and the lady forgot to keep cucumbers in my bag after the payment.I called the manager Mike about missing item , he told me come next time I will see what I can do.I stopped by next day with receipt to take cucumbers but Mike was not there and he asked me to wait for 30 min or come other day and , he will check the cameras and see what he can do.Mike is very unprofessional and rude.First of all it was not my fault that your employee forgot to keep everything in my bag.He wanted me to make three trips to get few dollars cucumbers.I decided not to go that store again.

Better take out a second mortgage on your home if you want to buy their pita at $6.99, a bag.

Love this place, you can find everything Kasher. They have a great selection of wines, kasher gummies and candy for the children, and they have the meats too. Go weeks before a Jewish Holiday and you will find what you need for that Holiday. Kasher Le'Passover before Pesach, hamentaschen before Purim, good apples for Rosh HaShana, Arba'at HaMinim before Sukkot and good vibes in and all around the store.

Glatt Mart is a kosher marketplace. In other words, everything in the store is kosher. They have a large produce section with lots of fruits and veggies. The lemons I bought are super juicy which I love for cooking! Their pre-washed lettuce and herbs are very helpful when preparing meals at home. Prices here are reasonable. The staff was very accommodating in helping me find what I needed whether it was finding the celery in the produce department or finding out what aisle the eggs were in. I only did a quick shopping trip so I didn't visit any of the counters so I can't comment on the prepared food. However, the sushi looked delicious and I enjoyed watching the sushi chefs in action as I passed by. Everything looked very fresh.

Meat and poultry is not fresh. They add food coloring to their meat. The manager and owner don't seem to care too much either. There are other better kosher butcher shops in the area.

Shame, shame. The shelves are empty, there are no products. There are no vegetables, no fruits.

Be aware !!! They over charged us by scanning our items twice. 3 people at the register one bag boy 1 person scanner 1 person watching the person scanning the items at the register. We paid I noticed them charging us extra owner said nothing I walked away still did not say anything. Went back to him said your cashier scanned an item twice and you said nothing. I want a refund he denied it. They rescanned and said ohhh sorry it was mistake took 30 minutes to get a refund. Stay away or double check your final invoice.

I think one star is overly generous for this place. Quality of their poultry & meat is what food poisoning nightmares are made of. They violate every food safety code you can think of.... to make matters worse, the manager and every single cashier at this place must go through some sort of training because there is no way they could all be so overly aggressive and rude. Customer service is one big joke at this place. Clearly I am not the only one with this experience as I read through the reviews. Hopefully with the new Kosher market down the street these guys will lose the last few customers they have managed to hold on to and will close shop SOON.

Called in the morning and asked if they have pepper steak available. They said not right now, but will be ready at 10am. Arrived at 10:40 with my toddler but the pepper steak is not available and will take 30 minutes to make. Asked them if they can make it quicker since it is my baby's nap time and they yelled no, while they are packing chicken and doing other things. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Of note, when there was chicken breast shortage a few months ago, I saw with my own eyes that they had purchased many of the Costco empire chicken breasts and were repackaging as their own with a huge markup. Too bad they can provide awful service and mark up everything at any price they want all in the name of "Judaism" and providing kosher food. It's no wonder so many people have stopped keeping kosher, all because of places like this.

As a customer for many years, I never thought I’d be here writing such a terrible review. But my family’s thanksgiving dinner was ruined and I truly hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I ordered a 14LB cooked Turkey from Glatt Mart which costed $220 . At dinner time I noticed that not only it wasn’t marinated properly, it wasn’t fully cooked and the inside was raw. I felt very embarrassed around my guests. The next day I shared what happened with the workers and owner of store and they were very inconsiderate and rude to me. Needless to say I will never purchase cooked food from them in future.
