I have visited several good will stores and this is my favorite one by all means. Their employees are extremely friendly and make me feel welcomed every time I walk through the door especially Marco and Edward. These employees are a great asset to the company. I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends.

They don't take donations at this location or at least not when I went. Call ahead or go to the one on 6th and Union for drop offs.

I like this goodwill. Usually have some interesting items and collectible ...I have only one complaint when I purchase fragile things like dishes or any thing porcelain they don't give u anything to wrapped it in like old newspaper or any type of wrapping to keep things from getting broken. Very frustrating..

Staff here are rude and not welcoming. There are carts and baskets available. I came here to look for costumes since they had some Halloween signs up. Some costumes are stained, but I did find some good ones. The clothes and shoes are unorganized so I would recommend coming when you have time to look through everything.

Great program for lapse in employment and developmental ( mentally ill) people with resume enhancement,GED classes and very caring empathetic management. Hire anyone.

Now I want to say that the regular manager which is a young man, who is awesome... On 5/24/24 he was not there. The Hispanic female manager was very unprofessional and disturbing. I'm a big spender at this store, always spending more than average, and it wouldn't hurt to receive a little customer service when needed. I was returning a carpet I spent $50 on. I had with me all my receipts, so that I wouldn't have a problem exchanging. Well first she was on the loud speaker, rushing the customers to stop shopping and come to register. When I get there, she was so discombobulated that she was making me nervous. She kept saying that she couldn't find the rug in the Reciept. I knew that was wrong. I made sure I brought it. I couldn't think straight because she kept annoying me by saying I couldn't return this, and she couldn't help me with that. I said as much money as I spend here, I deserve a little time to find the receipt. She ended up letting another cashier finish my transaction. I ended up paying for other stuff that was supposed to be exchanged, and taking the rug back home. Once I sat down and checked, boom there was the receipt the whole time. Not hidden, not lost. And if she just looked at the damn thing she wouldn't have wasted time annoying me by repeating that they were closing. I wasted time, gas, mileage, money and a good mood because of her unprofessional conduct. If she had just allowed me to be calm, and showed excellent customer service, then this review wouldn't be so long and detailed with negatives. She shouldn't be allowed to close the store because it's interfering with customer satisfaction and creating this unfavorable review. Train her on the value of customer service. Thank you.

The store is not too bad. However, the manager under the name of Marlene, she might be a floater manager because I see this person at other goodwills, is absolutely unpleasant. Her attitude, personally, and social skills with her co workers and customers is poor. I can't believe she has a managerial position. This woman is not an asset to the company.

It's cool. I think they cost a bit much for pre-owned clothes, but they are consistent on the prices . The other things they sell are price so well you feel as though uput cheating them

The manager (black older male with beard) was extremely rude. Tried to do an return and gave him our receipt. His exact words were "what ima do with this", no hello or anything. We weren't aware of the exchange policy and he had to explain in such a rude way. No customer service.

They keep leaving stickers on top of important pieces of art. It makes no sense as it damages the items when being removed. They have done this for years. Please stop this practice and be more careful next time.

Management is rude and ghetto. (Mgr Samoan women was having a meeting outside the store with diff employees, & putting them down where everyone passing by can hear her putting down the employees) not kool. staff is very nice and humble. Prices are high. Very clean store and organized. Just wish prices where lower like other thrift stores.
