The website states/advertises that donations will be taken till 6 pm. We get there a little after 2 pm and the manager refuses to take our donations. REFUSING TO TAKE FREE stuff. How is this person is a manager when he obviously does not know how to run a business or provide customer service? We contact 3 other Goodwills and the others are all willing to accommodate us and take the FREE stuff outside their window of taking donations.

It's a store where everything is too expensive. And in other goodwill the prices are better. And here you have some bad jobs that do not tend well to people and are very abusive. With the clients

I was followed by a black male employee and felt weird that he was following me. I have no desire to steal worn out clothes. I’m not homeless or an addict so I don’t know why he was judging me. ? but there was homeless person stealing, so he chose the wrong person to harass while actual theft was going on. ? Definitely not coming back felt very uncomfortable.

I was being followed the entire time of me being in this store, if the employee couldn't be that obvious there were only five other people in the store when I was browsing and this guy kept following me and only me; pretending he's rearranging and cleaning when I turn my entire body around completely to go to another rack. Besides that the variety of women:men is insane. Besides the little book / vinyls / DVD / CDs area and miscellaneous area, there's only one little corner for the men and everywhere else is for the women. Little to no selection, TERRIBLE store location. Do NOT go here.

Donation center isn’t open on Sundays. Opens at 10am during the week. Found this out the hard way

They have really cute stuff and the employees are very helpful. But there’s alot of overpriced stuff for no reason. like really it’s the goodwill. Not all stuff is over priced . Just some .

Great deals and a good selection! I just wish the store was just a bit more organized and the staff was friendlier

I've only ever been to Goodwill as a donator, but from that perspective I have always had five star experiences. Weekends can be crazy, as well as weekday lunches. If you go during the morning of a weekday though, you'll easily get a parking spot and have a seamless drop off. Today when I went, they had the donation bins outside all nicely organized - one for household, one for clothes, one for kids. Made total sense but I felt a bit bad having mixed household with clothing, eek! The fellas working were super nice, came out to my car to help me carry things, really cheery and helpful. If y'all are doing a Marie Kondo (and yes I know even she says she's laxed with the organization...but I sure haven't, lol!), please donate your good items to a center, shelter or unhoused humans. Kindness is the one thing in this world we all can give. :)

I got two tops after returning a set of bed sets I didn't need. I wish they could do a refund but then I got cute tops. I do feel terrible for giving attitude to the cashier. It's a nice store everything is in order.

It’s really very sad that I am about to throw some really good items in the trash. But every time I spend my time, energy and money on transportation to make a large donation to this store, they alway, always turn me away. How is that they make their money off of donations and yet they don’t accept donations? I will never donate to any Goodwill store ever again.Good luck if you’re trying to make a donation. It may turn out to be a complete waste of your time and effort.

Love the selections here. Always pays to know a good thrift store. Will be coming to Goodwill often.

This store smells horrible. A mix of mold smells in the air along with I don't know what. I walked in and about 1min later had to leave. The back of the store smelled the most. Either air is circulating properly or something else is up. Maybe it's in the air conditioning vents. This store needs to be cleaned.

Easy drop of your unwanted stuff. Problem is the location gets too many and the bins get full soon after it opens. Go early at opening is best. Parking often full
