Why did they stop selling furniture? The stores are basically filled with trash. You can find similar quality clothes in piles around homeless encampments.

It is a big Store and that is nice, they also have their own Parking, that makes it easy and convenient. They seem to be short staffed, the place is not well maintained when it comes to cleanliness, from the floor, to the shelves and to the items, everything is pretty dirty and messy. Some items were overpriced. I asked for help from two different employees with an item that had no price tag, as I normally do in other locations but there was no help in this one and I was sent to the cashier for that. I had a return and the manager was called to help me with that, she was really nice and patient.

I found a nice record here. Some of the prices are mysteriously high, but like all thrift stores, you can find something good if you take enough time to look carefully.

I was wrongly accused of tampering with tags. Amy chacon accused me and started yelling At me in front of customers. She said she has me on video. I ask for proof and nothing has been shown to me. I have written emails to jose at loss prevention, Jose at retail and also Vanessa who I believe is Amy’s manager. I haven’t gotten a response from anybody and all my calls have been ignore. Amy had instructed all the cashiers not to sell me anything. I strongly believe Amy and Vanessa works alongside resellers and they get a cut. I hope the leadership at goodwill starts looking at these so called managers. They have no clue how to deal with customers and are extremely unprofessional.

What's worse than paying $5 now for a little MacDonald's hamburger? Buying anything here. This place used to be fun to go to to find deals. It smells WAY better than it used to 3-4 years ago but the new pricing is laughable. Books, gardening and kitchen ware are cheaper at Ross

I work here and I really enjoy my store location and the customers. Everything here is first come first serve. Fresh selections of items on sales floor and clothing racks daily. Come in you never know what you will find.
Store Open from 10am to 9pm
Donation Center drop off hours vary I RECOMMEND CALLING THE STORE BEFORE MAKING A TRIP TO DONATE. ( IF DONATION CENTER IS CLOSED IT IS BECAUSE WAREHOUSE IS FULL AND OR WAITING FOR ? TRUCK IN THE MORNING .

We called for any type of donations for our immigration event on June 15 at 840 echo park and the supervisor just hung up. It was very rude. It’s not what they coudnt provide it was how they said it. Hope they improve on their services.

What a totally depressing store. Clothes are strewn about the floor along with hangers. Men's and women's clothes are mixed in each other's sections. Clothes are not separated by size either. I used to shop at this location 20 years ago when I lived in the neighborhood. It us really a sad store. So bleak and dark. Will not visit here again.

The dirtiest Goodwill I have ever been in. Also they have a problem with having only one check stand open at a time. Saw the Loss Prevention person following around a shop lifter and doing nothing to stop it.
