I called to ask if they had saw any of an item i was looking for and he said he didn’t know i would have to come in. and it wasn’t that hard to go check for in less than 2 minutes.

All I see is usually junk look like all the good things are taken by the employees and what's available in the store is usually junk. The clothes are decent but usually see the same clothes weeks at a time. The electronics are usually junk.

Stay away from this goodwill it’s trash everything is overpriced employees are rude I went last week and I got a shirt with a discount price tag I got told that wasn’t the right price tag they were charging 20$ dollars for a used Nike t shirt

Despite what one of the top reviews for this location says, there is disabled parking on site. You can see it in their 4th photo, just to the left of the entrance.

I absolutely love this store. I visit the store every week, and I always find at least three great items, sometimes much more. The store is not as well stocked as my usual Orange County location, but again, you can always find good items. I purchased almost $200 in items today because I took my time and really searched the racks, books, and artworks.
I sincerely appreciate great employees, and this store has two that always take care of the customers. Iris and Margarita are outstanding employees. They are efficient, professional, and always greet the customers with a smile. I had the pleasure of having Margarita help me today, and as usual, she did a great job. Iris is the heart and soul of the store, and very knowledgeable of items available.
I recommend this Goodwill location. The goody carts are not always the best, but the store itself always has something if you take the time to look. I lucked out and found a brand new toddler pool on one of the goody carts last week, so again, you just have to look around. I always enjoy my visits.

Tall black man with glasses and beard is very unprofessional. I don’t think he should be dealing with customers when there’s no patients . You need to treat Hispanics the same way you treat blacks I saw how courteous you were with one of your own race but I said something and you could not function. You don’t intimidate me , you’re rude . I had only asked him one question when he began yelling “ hold on, hold on “ there’s no one on line why are you been rude ?
You need to breath listen and be efficient . Not rude

I usually don’t thrift as much but I’m glad I did this time around they had a lot of cute clothes that added to my wardrobe. Glad I came in this time with an open mind ?

This location is usually pretty good with their selections. However, I was surprised by THEIR REFUND/RETURN POLICY. It does not seem to be in alignment with other locations!

Color of the week is nowhere. You must ask. Prices are ridiculous! I find lower prices for new clothes and shoes at ROSS and Below 5. When did this Crenshaw store stop being g a thrift store?

The Store is Fantactic everyone is so very polite and the finds I get from there is off the hook just bought Luis Vutton purses that I have been looking for.. Managment is so helpful and the prices are so great. You cant get theses prices and great condition items and return policy is alway good. WONT SHOP ANYONE ELES but HERE!!!! Thanks So much for serving your community.
