It was my first time donating my clothes to a Goodwill location and it was a good experience. I was immediately greeted by a kind gentleman who helped me carry my bag and I was out of there in a minute! Also, parking is behind the store and there's always spots available.

Horrible! I waited until the Goodwill opened , and loaded my car with donations. Once I got there, as I was unloading my donations the worker came out and said they were no longer accepting donations, then locked the door in my face . From now on I'll donate elsewhere.

Quick and easy drop off. I got there right at 10AM when they were opening up (I wasn't sure how long the line would be with COVID and didn't want to wait in too long of a line). I got there a little TOO early perhaps because the guy was still getting the bins out but was kind enough to let me start unloading into the ones he already had set up. In and out in under 10 minutes and the guy there was very friendly. I didn't see anyone else working with him so maybe he manages the drop-off by himself? Regards, very friendly and helpful

A kind gentleman met me at the back entrance to take all our donations. Told me to hold onto some stuff (inflatable bed) that probably would get trashed. Was in and out in less than a minute!
