It is a donation collection place, not a store. I spoke to employee about work flow. They do what they can. I brought DVD player and asked to put it on top of the bin, so it would survive all the way to the store, after short conversation worker did it. But according to him, it is not always possible. And always call in advance as this location get filled very fast, don't forget to inquire about workers break time, or prepare to wait until break is over. It is only 1 person donation center.Otherwise no complains.

So I was about to drop off a $500 rug in good condition and that did not take it because it "won't fit in the cage" well it did fit in my trunk. Soooooo. Too much work for you???? So it goes to the trash now... so 1 star is just too much... :)

It's obvious to me that the comments do not have anything to do with the goodwill. It's obvious that hackers have been posting comments. The reason I read comments is to find Goodwill Stores that have good reviews. Maybe the Goodwill webmaster can take care of this problem.

Good and easy drop off and go donation. They have contactless service if you want a covid compliant experience. Great for when your moving into a different space or just clearing out the clutter!

First I would like to say that I have shopped at the San Fernando Goodwill for 10+years. Always loved it until recently. Now the average shopper can not even get into The store. Instead it is reserved for people who resale in bulk items bought here. When you arrive there are 2 separate lines one on the left side (which is to get a ticket) the second is on the right side (line to actually get in). Now the line to get a ticket never moved at least not in the 3 hours I stood in

I love shopping at Goodwill, but trying to drop off donations is quite a challenge at your San Bernardino location. Been there 3 times at 3 different times of the day. and got the same response....”we’re not taking anymore donations today... I give up.........

This is the best the cleanest Goodwill donation center I ever been, with a team of most helpful employees, simply pleasure to visit and donate.

There are mixed reviews of this donation center but to me the biggest plus is EASY in and out. They have a parking lot with a few spaces and all cars enter at one side and exit on the other. When we were there , two guys were on duty and helped us carry things inside. The place is clean and spacious and seems to be organized. Our drop off on a Friday was done in a few minutes. Many places don't take books nowadays but they do, which is a plus. They also offer paper or email receipts and ask what you prefer.
