Store is clean and organized. They also have a good selection of shoes, clothes and the prices aren’t that bad. All of the staff were friendly right when I entered and until I left. Would recommend checking it out

On March 17, 2022, I visited the store and purchased a Chrome Hearts Zip-up for about $790. And after wearing it for about a year, I returned to Korea and i sold my zip up hoodie and the buyer said that this hoodie is fake and i checked and its fake. I have photos, date that i bought and etc. I sent you an Instagram DM, so please reply within 3 days. If you don't reply, I will take legal action. Or email me.

Just Skip This Store. It's not worth going into because you might get pulled in like we did looking at stylish pieces but I definitely cannot say that they are real. Replicas at authentic prices... Not impressed. We thought it was a great find, but were sadly mistaken when we realized what we bought was a fake. Go to Ripndip to get duped on purpose. Go to Bape or Supreme next door, or down the street to Golf Wang where the prices are about the same and you know it's real. This store which plays on the Grailed name, I suppose, to rip off teenage kids and young adults definitely should feel ashamed of themselves. Plus, now it looks like they have closed down now anyway - went back by to complain and it was all boarded up.

Should have heeded the advice of other reviewers before my wife's son made a purchase in this store. They have what appears to be authentic stuff on the shelves, but unfortunately an impulse by later and a little online research he found out that what he had purchased was not an authentic hoodie. He tried to contact them via Instagram - nothing in return. No phone number to call. We tried going back to the store during normal business hours and it looked like the place was abandoned. Now, we have returned home and he has no recourse for action. If they are still open, be cautious with purchases.
