Outstanding in everyway! Zoro/Grainger was resourceful, receptive, and responsive to my business needs. After ordering my metal plate and shipped to my office in a timely manner, the item was unexpectedly stolen!I reported to Zoro and customer service investigated my situation, listened to my argument, and immediately resent another plate at no charge, as well as sending it via FEDX for quick delivery!! What service, as I used to say in the military performance review, for those with exceptional professionalism and stepping up to above and beyond.....I would write "highly recommend"...Zoro/Grainger, you deserve it.

The Grainger website advertised a 30 gallon barrel. when I received confirmation of the order the actual size was 15 gallons. I wasted a week waiting for Grainger to fulfill the order. The price at the site was listed at $37.70. When I asked the rep at their chat site if they offered 30 gallon barrels he referenced a $454 barrel. This is Bait and switch.

I spent $960.00 on a few large quality heavy duty plastic dunnage tables, for my greenhouse. The largest one was 8 feet long. They all came in new un-smashed boxes, however inside the 8 ft box, the large table was obviously rammed in the side by a forklift, as it was split or hit from the side.And although i thought i was ordering from zoro.com, the shipping paperwork said shipped from "Granger"!!! Gee thanks Granger!!!Did Granger mark down a damaged item like most honest businesses, and sell it in their store? No!!! They decided to pack the damaged table in a new clean box, and ship it out to someone who ordered it online!!Way to big to return the item, and i had to epoxy it back together. Sad as i purchased a new table that hopefully would last.And now I have to stomach all the "Granger commercials" of their quality merchandise for those who get things done? I see how Granger "gets things done"!Shocking!!! Why spend millions on tv commercials and fk your customers??????

EXTREMELY slow service, they seemed more concerned about chit chatting while checking people out than getting customers checked out. I can appreciate the desire for customer service but sometimes people are actually on a timeline and need to get in and get out. It’s not like you can do self checkout or something to get out quickly.

I ordered a plastic restaurant bus tub and then after driving 30 minutes to pick it up I received an email that the order was cancelled due to being a "Covid-19 restricted item." It's a plastic bucket. I called the 800 number and they couldn't understand why it would be restricted but they also couldn't release it to me. They said I could drive an hour away to pick up a similar one from a different store. Thanks!

I purchased watch batteries online and picked them up at the Los Angeles/Alameda location. It never occurred to me to check the "use by" dates on the batteries when they handed them to me. I got home, put them in the watch and they were dead. I checked the date on the package.... they were over a year and a half past the "use by" date. I phoned Grainger and they sent out replacements.... with the same "Use by" date. I went to Grainger at the Inglewood/La Cienega location and returned them.I cannot recommend using Grainger. I shouldn't have to check the battery dates before exiting the store....I would have hoped that the employees would have checked that plus I trust that they would carry fresh stock....that is the only reason I was buying from them and not from Amazon or ebay.

Associate Ernie went above and beyond in helping me stock my commercial CBRE van. He also helped me when I was loading my ladders I just purchased, I accidentally dropped one of the keys to the lock down a drain. He was very helpful he brought me a magnet that was long enough to retrieve my key thanks, Ernie
