I cannot say enough amazing things about the crew! Exemplary service, professional to the core, I might move again just because I am so impressed! On time, amazing, professional and great price. I would recommend to anyone.

The price was good, however, not all of our items showed up. Our containers were opened with numerous items missing. Our Rep Brady did not return our call or email. They gave us a price on our vehicle and I have to say Matson was fabulous getting the vehicle to CA, however, it sat for 3 weeks before they Guaranteed Price Movers rep Regal Auto Transport was horrible. They increased the price to ship it, and charged for storage fees while my vehicle sat waiting for them to ship it.We should have known, when we had to pay a deposit of $100 for them to give us a quote. The initial agent never returned our call, so I cancelled shipping with them. Major problem - they wouldn't refund our $100 deposit so we couldn't ship with anyone else.Shipped from Hawaii to Virginia.

GPM did a great job in getting my goods picked up in Colorado, but then something happened concernig the delivery in Hawai'i: When goods were delivered head of crew informed me after they unloaded that there were 3 items missing. He also informed me that the items were still in the container in Hilo, HI where they were from. I tried to contact anyone who would give me some solid information about the items, and it was not until I finally spoke with Erica that she investigated the situation and found out the following as she related it to me: My goods were received at one location and all items were accounted for going into some form of storage in San Francisco. Then all of the goods were supposedly shipped to Los Angeles, CA to be shipped on to Hawaii, but when received in Los Angeles there were items missing. Later the missing items were located in the San Francisco location and shipped to Los Angeles, CA, but they were lost again. So, bottom line no one has come up with the lost items. At this time no one has communicated anything since Erica communicated with me and since I filed a claim for the missing items. It seems that once a delivery is made in November 2015 no one cares about the items they lost.

What a JOKE after I gave them a complete list of thing that needed to be moved they quoted me 2500 and as soon as they got there it doubled! Then they said they could just leave if it was to much and I had to get out as new tenants were moving in so I said just do it! They also told me it would be 7 days and it was 3 weeks that I had to live in a hotel waiting on them! Then when they finally showed up they jacked it up again another 1000 to bring the stuff up the stairs. There is NO Guarantee here at all ! EXCEPT THE FACT YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO BE CHARGED MORE THEN THEY QUOTE! DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! RUN FAR AND FAST!

We would give GPM a minus 20 stars if we could. Our move with GPM was a horrible situation and it still lingers on. They picked our goods up in Indiana on June 7th, 2015 and they didn't deliver them until August 13th, 2015 on Young Brother's pier in Honolulu. We paid for door-to-door service on a completely different island and they made us pick our goods up on a dock on an island different from the island we moved to. Do you get it? So, we did NOT get door-to-door service. Two days after picking up our goods GPM called us and claimed they could not guarantee the price or the delivery location. They did a bait and switch on us. When our belongings were in California for an unreasonable length of time and we complained, they threatened to put our goods in storage and make us find another mover. We were already in Hawaii living with no beds, no chairs or table, no dishes, no anything. We had to buy the bare necessities while waiting, waiting, and waiting for GPM to get the job done. Once we received our goods, on a pier, and had to pay to get them shipped to the other island, we found that a lot of our belongings were either lost or destroyed. They treated our goods with total disrespect. Now, on March 20th we are still dealing with GPM's "impartial" claims company, CSI Pros. The CSI Pros gave us 4 deadlines for their response, delays; and have given us an insulting settlement offer for all the mistreatment of us, our lost goods, and all of our damaged goods. GPM is a terrible business who actually is a variety of companies under different names. Avoid them at all costs. The good reports GPM gets are more than likely paid for as a form of advertising expense.

Given the way GP Movers handled my move after my initial experience, I had to come back to update my review. After my initial experience, which was frustrating, I had almost given up - I was under the impression that its almost always a nightmare to deal with movers. However, I got a call one morning after I had written several emails to GP folks. The person on the other side, Mr Arnon, was a true gentleman and knew exactly what great customer service means. He listened to me and assured me that my stuff will be delivered safely and also that he will do everything reasonable to sort out the issues. As promised he called back the same day and explained the additional charges - and true to his word, he was honest with me in reducing some of the charges that weren't supposed to have been charged to me in the first place. He also explained why that may have been charged to me unknowingly by the drivers who picked up. And he also gave me a significant discount since there were some communication gaps in the way the quote was sold to me. In fact after he explained the whole set of charges and took away some of the charges, I was hesitant to ask him for any further reduction. However, given the experience I had and some of the misinterpretations, he went ahead and gave me further discount. He followed up on this to make sure this discount was honored on the day of the delivery. The delivery was a cake walk. There were 2 hard working guys and they arrived on time as they had promised the day before. They unloaded and assembled all my stuff without a single damage! The guys even didn't bother to charge me for 2nd flight of stairs. They were friendly and thorough with their work. And I am not saying this because I was given a discount - in fact i was still a little nervous even after Mr Arnon had assured me of a smooth delivery experience. But the guys who delivered did a fabulous job in making sure that the delivery was worry-free. In the end it was a complete u-turn from my very first experience I had on the day of pickup. With guys like Mr Arnon, GP is definitely a good and a confident choice for moving needs! After the experience I had, I would definitely recommend them - make sure you seek out Mr Arnon if you run into issues, which I hope you will not.

I am completely dis satisfied with guaranteed price movers. I had relocated to maui, hawaii but after a month had to return to the mainland. I only had boxes to return back, no furniture. after speaking to Braddy in detail I felt comfortable with this company. The pick up got mixed up and put off to start, I was told I'd have my boxes back in California in about 4 weeks, my stuff didnt even leave maui for a month. They picked up my stuff Dec 12 2015, I called to check the status, Jan 11th 2016, my boxes were still in maui, slated to leave the next day. I was told by zach the cargo container would be on the water 10days, then 4 days to inspect and unload then they'd contact me. Its now Feb 5th and I called THEM AGAIN, they have to look into it. I would NEVER use nor recommend this company, I would have shipped another method and NOT with this company, and for the price they charge its unacceptable!!!

Think again about using this moving company - storage facility was INFESTED with bedbugs. Had to throw away bed, mattress dresser and linens. Treatment of bedbugs at new (brand new) building caused allergic reaction and GPM advised they have no responsibility whatsoever. Colin, who was great until I paid, virtually disappeared when I voiced my concerns. This has been one of the biggest nightmares I have dealt with in my life. I offered to negotiate some sort of arrangement and they basically told me to piss off.

I closed my eyes & pointed downward & my fingertip landed on Guaranteed Price Movers in the yellow pages, & thank G-d it did.I bought a house in Las Vegas, & I underestimated the amount of stuff I had to move.I really believed that I could rent a U-haul truck & do it myself, I called the last possible minute & was really frantic & desperate on the phone. Thanks to the greatest customer service representative in the world Collin C.who settled me down & literally walked me through the process of making my move so easily, that before I knew it, I was greeting the movers at my front door, all for a relatively low price. The crew that arrived literally packed me up in a flash, was awfully kind to my possessions, & before I knew it, I was following the GPM truck on I-15 heading to my new home in Las Vegas. The entire process went without a hitch, & I cannot thank Collin & the crew at GPM enough, what great luck I had for a change !! Thank you GPM, you are the greatest!!

Guaranteed Price Movers were hired to move my wife and I from Maui to Austin, Tx. We moved because my wife needed an affordable Altzheimer Care Center. They picked up only 25 items, less than 2000 cubic feet. It was picked up August 4th and delivered September 23rd. They only delivered 24 items, they were missing the new 40" television for my wife's room at the care center. They found the TV promptly; but, here we are December 5th with no TV. Sara and Ericka don't return my calls. Their only response to my many, many calls are they have no full trucks going from California to Austin. They reminded me I have no monetary compensation since they delivered most of my order. Please look carefully into your next mover or you can be devastated like we have been.

We moved from the San Jose, CA to Buckley, WA and chose Guaranteed Price Movers strickly because of their Yelp reviews. Never have used a Moving Company before, my husband and I had no idea what to expect. From the start, Bruno's service was exceptional. Though I'm sure I wasn't his only customer, he made me feel like I was. I grossly underestimated our inventory and once the full inventory was accounted for, the update price was a punch in the gut. But again, Bruno was there every step of the way and I always felt like Bruno went to bat for me. He was accommodating and genuinely cared about my stress level. The one time Bruno was not in the office when I called, I spoke to Brady who was just as attentive to my questions and needs as Bruno. I was truly impressed that Brady picked up from where Bruno left off with never having spoken to me before. The day of the move, we had two storage units + the house for the team to empty. Raul and Jesus were a little quiet at first, but very polite and after spending 11 hours with us, we were all laughing. They were incredibly patient with my 2 and 3 year olds running around them. (There were 4 guys but I'm sorry I don't recall the other 2's names) The movers arrived at our Washington location only to find out that semi's are not allowed on our street. Angel was very understanding when we had to work out a "shuttle" fee. (They unload the semi to a Uhaul, then drive that to the house and unload). We agreed on what I thought was a very fair price and continued. It took awhile for them to unload and load the Uhaul which resulted in them arriving back at our house quite late. But Angel and Carlos never wavered and even at 11pm were still moving furniture and beds in. We all decided to just unload all the boxes into the garage and they would finish the next morning. They arrived the next morning at the time they said they would and finished unloading. My husband and I are very pleased with their service and have already recommended them to 3 family & friends.

If the most important thing is that your belongings arrive intact, then GPM is ok. But if you want them to deliver your belongings on a specific day, during a specific 3-hour window, then I'd recommend using another moving company. They can't accommodate people who are moving into brand new buildings with designated move-in schedules. So I changed my delivery location to a Public Storage unit, and will move my belongings myself on the day/time my apartment building specifies. No discount offered for that. In the meantime, Edward, the Russian truck driver called me the day before he expected to arrive in Portland to tell me when to be ready. Unfortunately, I was going to have attend my first class that night in my new school. He also said I needed to pay him for the balance due in cash or USPS (only) money order. I had already had a bank cashier's check cut because I was told to have a cashiers check ready or a money order from a bank was fine too. He was indignant about the schedule & the form of payment. In the end I called GPM's office and they said that I could still use the cashiers check & they would work with him about delaying my delivery until the day after my class. That morning, I got a call from Edward at 8am. He said, "I'll be at the Public Storage unit in an hour. Be there, with cash." When I began to protest, he said, "You made me go out of my way, so you pay cash". At that point, I just wanted my things delivered, intact. So I went to the bank and traded in the cashiers check for cash. When he arrived at the public storage unit, he insisted I pay him before actually seeing my stuff or unloading it from he truck. I protested but he was being a bully, so I had to concede. Meanwhile, the only elevator was occupied with another large move, so I asked Edward and his assistant to just leave everything at the loading dock. Once the elevator was freed up, I moved it myself from the loading dock to my storage unit. FYI, I weigh 100 lbs and am 5'3". No discount offered for that. This was the weirdest move ever, but at least everything arrived. I have yet to unwrap everything so I don't know if anything was damaged outside of 1 large painting that I can tell is warped. But that's my fault for not reinforcing it well enough. I would not recommend these movers at all. The stress of having to navigate all their limitations was worth paying a better & more expensive mover, one which treats paying customers with a lot more respect and accommodation.
