There is no surprise, for those that know me, that I am a huge fan of the Gucci label. An advantage of shopping at an airport location is that there is no sales tax. Since these are high end items, and depending on what you buy, you can save some significant dollars. I had to visit, ask questions, look at several products and debate (internally), about which choice I should make (or buy). At the onset, I must say that the service was exceptional. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and professional. While the product selection may not have been all encompassing, there were signature items. One aspect to keep in mind. You can only buy on your way out.

The fact that you all have this many negative reviews,. Explains a lot. The customer service representatives were extremely rude, especially the younger gay white guy with blonde hair, I would never allow someone to talk to me the way that he talked to me. I felt like he was being rude because I am a black woman and I don't think he really thought that I could afford to pay for what I was coming in to pay, it was discrimination and I'm not happy about it. He needs to be let go from the company. Honestly completely disgusted with everything that took place .....

We didn't end up purchasing anything from here, but we will keep it in mind next time we travel. The lady in the store that helped us look around was so nice and helpful. Great to chat with while we browsed their selection. A lot of high-end brand stores workers give a snobby attitude. But this location's workers didn't at all. That service alone is worth shopping for your Gucci stuff whenever you travel international through LAX.

Rude customer service. They seem to be forced to welcome me. I asked someone for a belt and said they didn't have it. I asked someone else for the exact same belt and she brought it out. I'm not sure why he thought I wasn't going to purchase it.

Rude service and liar!! I cannot believe it!! The sales associate was very rude to me and very reluctant to get the belt for me. She looked me up and down and spoke Mandarin to me. I wanted a 3cm width belt. She gave me the 4cm width belt and lied to my face! I thought the belt looked wider. She confirmed it was the 3cm one! Please be aware! I was in store on 1/19/2019 morning. After this experience, I would rather pay 20% taxes to shop at another store!!!

RUDE RUDE RUDE IT baffles me how you go into a business and WORKERS have the nerve to be rude. I was the first and Only person in this store at 7:30a on 12/15/18. One associate working, literally standing right next to me and didn't speak nor ask me if I needed assistance. I turned to her and said GOOD MORNING in a firm manner and she literally looked me up and down and quietly said good morning. Ha! Lady don't let the casual look fool you! I've heard about the terrible service in Gucci stores. Didn't want to believe it though.
