I feel like to walk into this harbor freight store, You need to turn your aggression up from the time you walk in the door. I felt like everyone was asserting their masculine dominance and speaking to me as such. Even the women lacked a welcoming customer service presence.
I went there to pick up a hose for air compressor. I had never purchased one before and I had no idea where to look.
The lady that came to help me acted like I was bothering her with my questions.
How dare me ask questions about merchandise that I wanna buy from Harbor freight During business hours? Who do I think I am? ?

I was searching for some tools that are great with a low price. I was informed by a relative that Harbor Freight is the place to go for quality tools at a great price. I was not disappointed. I was like kid in a toy store. I found what I was looking for and other stuff not on my list. I will definitely be recommending Harbor Freight to friends, family and just anyone who is looking for tools.

I was rather impressed with this store. It is one of the nicest harbor freights that i have been in, the shelves were very well stocked, prices of course were good and it was the cleanest and most well lit harbor freight i have ever been in. The check out lady was pleasant, efficient and professional. There is a small parking lot which could be an issue on a busy day, i was there on a friday afternoon and it was fine.

Loved harbor frieght, sad to say i had to return the item but so far so good no problems during the return as long as you have your reciept even i dont have the box and manual for the cargo carrier.
