We lost our baby unexpectedly and we were in disbelief and in pain. I truly appreciate the kindness and empathy that we’ve received from Hearts and Halos Aftercare during this hard time. Thank you so much for going the extra mile on giving us the copies of our baby’s paw prints.Keep up the great work!

Our 10 year old pitbull Simba sadly went to doggy heaven recently. The veterinary office we took him to works with this company for aftercare. This was the first real loss we had experienced where we did cremation. Hearts & Halos did such a wonderful job and we got him back within the 10-14 days as promised. We got a email to let us know when they picked him up and transported to their facility and made sure to confirm our address before shipping. The unique thing about them is they do aquamation. We got some add ons such as the urns necklaces and ceramic paw print. I noticed my dog's hair in the ceramic and made me so happy because it'll always be a reminder of the little things we don't realize we will miss when they're gone. The urn was handmade, makes it so special. The wooden paw print looks exactly like his. A loss like this is hard and the services Hearts & Halos provided helped make the experience less stressful.

I used Hearts and Halos to have my cat euthanized at home. I'm grateful for this service. The vet (Dr Jennifer) was kind, she explained everything that was going to happen and what to expect, and she was very gentle with my cat, who passed quickly and peacefully on my lap. It was the best possible way to get through a very sad process.

Heats and Halos was the way to go for our family. They were there every step of the way for one of the most painful days of our lives. Our sweet boy Toby crossed the rainbow bridge mere hours before Hearts and Halos was scheduled to come to our home. Toby crossed over at home surrounded by family.Once Hearts and Halos arrived to our home they transported Toby with care and cut a piece of his hair off for us. A couple of weeks later we were given the most beautiful cedar wood box with his ashes.I’m a little late in writing this post as Toby passed in Feb of of 23’Thank you to everyone on your team. 5 stars all around.

My wife and I knew this was going to be one of the most difficult decisions we were going to ever have to make. When you're in an emotionally fragile state you question if you're doing the right thing. We knew the time had come, we contacted Hearts and Halos and they responded very quickly. The arrangements were made and they were at our house in 90 minutes. They were very kind and compassionate. They made a difficult situation as easy as they possible could. We thank them for their comforting bedside manner.

I recently called them as I had to put my Blu down. Almost 14 years old , our Aussie Mix shepherd (rescue from Taiwan) was dying. Blu Couldn't even walk or stand up suddenly after fighting a debilitating disease for over 2 months. Tamerin and Jenny came from Hearts & Halos on a Super Bowl Sunday- last week 2/11/24 , that morning as things were so bad we needed their help. They were kind and loving and professional - I can give them the highest rating and there love and care helped us let go of our beautiful pet. We are cremating him through their services by himself and I ordered a print of his paw. Thank you Tamerin and Jenny.

Hearts and Halos makes losing a pet an incredibly easy experience. Going to the vet is so stressful for most pets that the thought of taking my baby to the vet just to have her put down felt cruel. My vet recommended Hearts and Halos. I've used them 3 times, and they have never disappointed me. They come to my home and don't just give an injection and leave. The vets are compassionate, sensitive and thoughtful as they verbally walk me through the process. Their focus is on both me and my loved one, and the only thing they care about is our comfort. Losing a pet is one of the hardest things we have to go through and I want it to be as easy and stress-free as possible for both of us. I am thankful that Hearts and Halos takes care of not only the passing, but they handle the after care as well. I'll be getting my baby's ashes back in a box with a tag that has her personal paw print on It! Nothing could be more perfect! I want to thank Dr. Anne Marie and Churas for their kindness and sensitivity. They delivered Julianna to the other side in pure peace. Autumn, the receptionist, started the experience out lovingly as she set up our appointment. They are all truly Heaven-sent!!!

Having to make one of the most difficult decisions in my life .. I am so happy I found Hearts and Halos to help me and my family say goodbye to precious Bobbie our best friend of 17 years. Dr. Amy was not only professional, but warm and compassionate. She took her time and did not make the process feel rushed... instead she let us take our time to say goodbye. She helped reassure me on why this could be the best decision we can make and explained each step thoroughly with gentleness. I knew Bobbie was in great hands as soon as she walked in. Thank you Dr. Amy for helping my baby cross the rainbow bridge with as little suffering as he could.

I used Hearts and Halos for three of our cats, in March 2019, November 2021, and July 2022. Each time, I spoke to Dr. Amy on the phone, and she was supportive and kind, and explained what would happen. She came to our house with her husband, and they were gentle and kind with our pets, and with us. They made a very difficult time more bearable. So when I decided last week that it was time to say goodbye to our 16 year old dog, I reached out to Hearts and Halos. The phone was answered by someone distant and businesslike, who informed me that not only did Dr. Amy no longer "service [my] area," but it wouldn't even be possible to speak ahead of time with the vet who would be coming to my home. And I absolutely wouldn't be able to speak to Dr. Amy. A vet would just show up at my house at the appointed time. She also wanted to be clear about the fact that the vets were busy and had limited time, so everyone who wanted to be present needed to already be there when the vet came, because they would only be here for 20-30 minutes. She said that in the past year and half, there had been "a lot of changes." They've hired 7 vets and it's become a much larger business. Needless to say, I wasn't interested in an impersonal, corporate approach to the final moments of my dog's life, so I found a vet who was willing to speak to me on the phone herself, to schedule the appointment, and to come to my home.
