These guys are just horrible man, I don’t think they’ve had their customers service lessons and if they have and just hate their job then they should be fired.. The amount of time they spend on just returning a vehicle is over an hour, Never seen it anywhere else, they sit back and relax in their chairs without any remorse, they don’t care how many people are waiting infront of them, standing not to mention there’s no seats for customers.. Just horrible. They just hate their jobs and don’t care, or maybe they need to reminded that its those people that they make stand who bring them a pay check. Horrible service, could give a one star if anything

Avoid dealing with Eldrich. Worst customer service experience of all time. I walked in and the manager asked him to help me, 5 minutes into him helping me he was having computer issues, his manager suggested he use his computer but he refused. After waiting for over 20 minutes I asked him for an update and he said his computer still wasn't working. I suggested him using his managers computer like his manager told him to, and he again refused.He wasn't too happy when I told him to use his managers computer so he responded by looking me directly in the face covering his mouth with his thumb and middle finger and moving his middle finger around while not saying a word to me and not breaking eye contact. He would then stop after 20-30 seconds look at his computer screen add his index finger move his mouse for a second. He then would stop moving his mouse, look directly at me remove his index finger and wiggle his middle finger around again. After doing this multiple times I spoke up and asked why he keeps looking directly trying to conceal the fact he's giving me the finger instead of looking at the computer and tying to fix my reservation and then the manager stepped in. The manager was great and if you could just deal with him I would recommend it. It seemed like Eldrich wasn't happy from the moment the manager asked him to assist me, i wasn't sure if he didn't like the fact i lost my voice, my rams sweater, or maybe my Jewish star but he had to top the list for worst customer service experience of all time, so much so that I had to write this review.

People are horrible human beings they are rude leave people stranded even with a dealership rental don't do business with these people they are thieves will take your deposit money and turn you away then fight you getting your money back pos human beings

Worst customer service ever. They never answer their phone. I was in a car accident. My body shop made the reservation and Ubered me to this location otherwise I would never step foot. They don’t have cars so I was given an suv that I can’t stand driving. My other option was a Tesla. I was told to call them and I can swap it out the next week which I was very understanding about because I needed a car.They have told me twice they’re gonna call me when they have cars and don’t … the manager Garry is never available. They don’t answer their phone. Ever. Go anywhere else but here. Stuck with a car I absolutely cannot stand driving bc they’re “busy” location which isn’t my problem I’m a customer too.

Reserved my vehicle online as always. Picked up, and took over an hour to get my vehicle. They were cleaning the car for over 30 minutes and when I got it there was still a disgusting smell in it. Called to change 2 times, denied. Went to another location informing them of the disgusting smell and health issues I started to experience, denied again and told to file a tow claim. 3 days into this rental, passed out while driving, found out coolant has been leaking and the fumes I had been inhaling were causing health issues. Reached out to the branch after 7 hours of back and forth with hertz to get to LAX for an exchange. All I was told "did you try contacting our location" no I did not personally call because on the phone with 1800 number, no one answered so why would I hang up my 2 hour call just to call them and then start over. Requested an extension of a day due or reimbursement of a day since I had no vehicle yesterday. I was told they need to get with district manager then will call back within 20 minutes. Hour and a half later no call. Called 15 times no answer. I have been calling for 2 hours today. No answer. Save your time and money and go anywhere but this location as well as anywhere but hertz.

The worse of the worseLoosers of all LoosersTriple "LLL" as we say (Low Level Looser)Calling sonce 11 AM - 17 missed calls on their end and admittedly the guy admits not picking up the phone.Came in and my car reserved was not available.They gave a ford edge that he considerred as upgrade, lolIf I can write negative I would.PS. My reservations were for a Volvo Electric and the asian guy was giving me a Camry as a "comproble" exhange - had to negotitate for whatever else they hve which I got Ford Escape as an "upgrade".I don't think Volvo would consider a Ford as an "upgrade" (especially the escape).

I was given this location by San Fernando Dodge Dealer for my Courtesy Vehicle. Front desk definitely needed a strong glass of coffee. Seems he was already overwhelmed. Seemed that they had no cars available, which they did because I can hear all 3 men in the back discussing whom they'll give whom what car. When it was our turn they did tell us that they don't have a car and we'll be waiting. We probably waited like 45 minutes to 1 hour for the vehicles. Now before processing the paperwork I was denied because I use a prepaid card from BoA. So, then they said they can't use my wife card. I mean I've dealt with this issue before and the rental car just changes the name and uses the card so they can match. I'm guessing he was just trying to push us away to get to the next customer. While I notice that San Fernando Dodge Dealer dropped off another client. The gentlemen helping us literally spoke out loud, not using his inside voice, "Shit, man really. Omg! What the ****". Man I was so ashamed of this location I just took an Uber back to work. My experience was very very poor, clerk unprofessional. We all have an off day but whatever it is keep things at a minimum. I won't be coming back here again.

I am floored. I had a reservation with a confirmation number and everything, but they said they couldn't accommodate me because they ran out of cars. At first, they were going to give me a Lyft home since I had Ubered there, but then when I found a place a few miles away that would rent to me, they said they couldn't give me a Lyft to a competitor.

I personally had great customer service, A bit of a wait but was worth it. My problem is that I turned my Vehicle in 8 hours before its due time and received no additional credit back. Yet hertz still benefits from my early return.

The oil change light came up in less than 50 miles into my rental. When I brought it back and I asked the manager Gerardo for a credit for the $11 he said cars would go 2000 miles without the need for an oil change. I’m supposed to know when did this light come up initially? What a horrible customer service. I’m a President’s Circle with Hertz and rent from Hertz around the Globe, this is by far in the top 3 worst customer service I’ve seen. I will make sure I take this to Hertz Corporate!!!

This is the worst place to rent a car if you need a car rental go somewhere else customer service is terrible when I received the car it had less than a half a tank of gasoline and the car was a Filthy mess take pictures if you can't go to a different car rental company because they are try to charge me for gas. i will be disputing these charges and im going to talk to upper management immediately (Bob you need to get better employees the 2 guys who work for you have no customer service skills ) I read the reviews 90 % are bad i wish I would have read the reviews before I rented a car from your business
