Terrible service, the lady who identified herself as the manager did not want to return a garment because it had to be returned to the store where it was purchased.

Dear H&M,
I’ve been shopping at H&M for over decade and past few months I’ve spend more than $5000 from online to in stores purchases. Today, 03/22/2024 at approximately 7:20pm I went to the H&M store at Beverly Center, Los Angeles to return some of the recent online purchases and the manager name Daniella stated that at this location she only allows $150 max in return in one day. I was shocked to hear this policy and asked where is this policy written? She couldn’t provided a written policy anywhere online or on the receipt. She then pointed to the back of the receipt showing “H&M reserved the right to denied excessive return”. I asked her to define “excessive return” when I make purchases that exceeding $5000 past few months and she’s telling me that I can’t return more than $150 per day? A sweater at H&M can cost up to $91. How can this be considered excessive?
Nevertheless no matter how much or how many times, the policy said I can return items within 30 days of purchase unworn and in original condition. Can you explain to me and the public if this is something H&M is practicing? If this is a new policy, if so, I and the public deserves to know and the policy should be written on your website and store receipt. Or perhaps was I being discriminated at this store by Daniella? I would like H&M provide an explanation to this incident. Thank you.
Has anyone else ever being treated this way at the store? Please comments and let me know. Thank you.

Today 1/24/24 the workers who were on closing shift are rude. It was only 7:38 pm and they were already insistently removing people from the store and harassing those who were in the fitting rooms to leave. I find it too rude, they don't know how to deal with clients and then they start complaining about the work in front of the clients. apathetic they shouldn't be working there and by the way the store was almost empty. Don't waste your time going to this place. consider other places

You are only allowed to return up to $150 at this store. This is ridiculous, I can’t believe it’s even real.
