Huge Store LOTS of options.
Me & Hubby were there shopping Today one of my hubby”s fav Store they had Spring/ Summer clothing. I found SUPER cute jeans and nice tops. And the cashier was nice. The Guy in the fitting room was kinda MEAN I can totally feel his weird rude Vibe..other than that store is GREAT & CLEAN.

The guy at the register KENNY told me about 10 percent off today if I put my email to his tablet,
When I checked my receipt at the parking there was no discount! It’s not a big deal but you don’t need to lie if the face of your customers! My items were not sale!

Bed bug found in this store. We let people know at the store but no immediate action was taken. We called corporate to ask if procedures were put in place but we literally got hung up.

Very disappointed with my experience. I bought a nice shirt for my anniversary dinner with my wife to wear that night just to get home and find out that they didn’t remove the security tag from the garment I paid for. I’m left with two decisions. Waste my time, my money for parking, my gas just to go all the way back to the store and back home again or try to remove it myself because I need it in an hour for dinner. I feel like if your job is to ring up peoples items and remove security tags it shouldn’t be hard to forget something so simple. Apparently the alarms don’t work either as at least that should have been a double fail to ensure it doesn’t happen. Check the receipt. I also had to ruin my shirt to remove the tag because I shouldn’t have to waste my own time due to someone else’s incompetence.

I went today with my mom and we had a great experience! Sandy was our cashier and she was a great employee. She was multi tasking, telling us the deals and overall a super sweet helpful girl. She deserves a raise!

When you get tired of being followed while shopping for kids clothes, just ask for help and explain what you need so that they can get it for you and stop following you around like you're a thief. Cute clothes but I prefer old navy customer service. Maybe learn from them about discrimination and how to ask if a paying customer needs help instead of popping up in every aisle I go into. No wonder people prefer online shopping.

Absolute terrible service, Dominic the alleged manager was very rude. He wouldn't assist me with my purchase. I felt profiled because he wouldn't do my return that had the receipt, he kept saying I don't have it, when I did and I showed him repeatedly. He constantly made me feel terrible while trying to make my purchase because he simply didn't want to help. Not sure why they make people uncomfortable talking to them like that here but it's outrageous and he shouldn't be in customer service. Shouldn't be at work if your not willing to assist customers actually. There are several reviews of this store and there constant bad service I definitely see why!

The reviews here are very helpful and I agree with the ones that have witnessed bad customer service. I went on the weekend and I was waiting in line, I wanted to have my app ready but for some reason the reception here is not great so it took me longer than expected. The rep called me and I said I needed a few more minutes. When I was ready she saw me and walked away, I found out later her name is Sann. I had to wait for the other female rep and this one was careless, wrinkling and putting my clothes in a bag, so rude too. Terrible customer service! They need more training. Not going back here unless I have to make a return for my purchase of that day.
