I am a social worker and one of my clients stayed here last weekend. He reported seeing bed bugs in the sheets when he woke up. Bed bug alert!!

I'm soheil's wifeI can't emphasize how disappointed and disgusted we were after seeing the blood spots on our blanket. We have been in different countries around the world but never had to deal with something like this. Absolutely disgusting. If you care about your health please go somewhere else.

Regarding my last review on this hotel the owner replied to me saying these words and I quote: "This is not the lasting impression we want to leave you with, so please allow us to make this up to you someday." This is the funniest thing that I've ever heard because yesterday I called the hotel and told them about the issues but they refused to refund me any money! And now they're saying this?! They want to make this up for us and our bad feelings that they've caused someday? Well that day is today because I'm not going to near this hotel at all! So NO I'm not a fool and I will post true reviews on this hotel everyday to help other people not wasting their money on this fright house. Unless their owner calls me, apologies to me and return my money. That's AllRooms: Blood spots on blanket, dirt spots on the sheets and noissy room with the smell of weed all night.Safety: Homeless, addicted and criminal people around the hotel area 24hours. It's not safe at all.Food & drinks: Food? Funny to ask, they don't even have drinking water in their hotel!Noteworthy details: STAY AWAY, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS FRIGHT HOUSE

No frills room that was clean and adequate for a 1 night stay. Next to a Walgreens and 20 min walk to the Palladium. The room had working air conditioning and a clean bathroom. It's very noisy because of traffic on Sunset. Also, there's no ice machine in the hotel. At night there are taco trucks that set up a couple of blocks away. The food was cheap and very good!

It was a nice place to stay. Simple and affordable. You get a bed, shower, toilet, TV, AC, and coffee. No rats or roaches. It was a value for me as a 3 day visitor. There are some homeless out front at night but they leave you alone. I always felt safe. Staff is very nice. Will stay again next time I visit. 15 minute walk to see the stars. Walk of Fame is close by. Plenty of food and drugstore within 2 minutes walk.Rooms: Simple and basic but I didn't need more. Comfy and clean.Food & drinks: Plenty of options close by.

This place was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke along the hallways and rooms, the smell was penetrating. Staff is just the owner and his wife (very unprofessional/ rude people). All the amenities listed are not available to guests. They had a lot of homeless people lingering in the parking lot. Overall not a good hotel, especially for kids.

I stayed here on a Sunday night, the room I had was super spacious and cleanly, and it was quiet throughout the night.

One of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever seen full of drug dealers and drug users and the staff will most likely pin something on you that you didn’t do from your previous stay with them because they can’t stand up to the drug dealers that infest all their rooms and wreck their rooms.

The hotel is a great budget hotel if you're trying to get away for the week. Large bed, desk and mini fridge are included in your room. About a 15-20 minutes walk from the Walk of Fame. And you have everything you need around you. There's a Target, 7 Eleven, Walgreens and more convenient stores around as well. Only thing that I had an issue with, there was construction or maybe just other guests being noisy in the room above us. Throughout the night from 10pm-1am there was a lot of noise like someone moving around furniture or renovating a room. Other than the noise, the hotel was a good stay and I would recommend.

Thin walls rickety bed and just sub par layout you're better going to the motel 6 and get better facility and amenities

Location close to many things but there quite a few homeless around the property so it didn't feel safe, especially during the night. The rooms were cleaned everyday but could have been better. The personnel was 24h and they were really nice and helpful. Despite the above, overall good value for money for LA.

I can't say it is a nice inn, but considering the good location and the price level, it might be a recommendable choice you can get. The room was cleaner than my expectations, and the shower was not bad. So if you're planning to stay at a cheap place only for sleeping, this inn can work.Walkability: You can walk from and to the subway station, which is only one block far. If you want, you can visit Hollywood by foot. There's also a bus station near the inn so you can use it.

Cons: our room was in the front of the building overlooking Hollywood Blvd so traffic noise was pretty loud. Room had no dresser, lamps and overall very sparsely furnished. Basically what you'd expect from a 2 star hotel.Pros: everything was very clean. Staff was courteous. Parking is available, free, and safe in the back of the building. Location was great near Griffith Park and the metro. Overall a great place to stay for budget travelers.

We purposely tried to stay in the worst rated hotel in Hollywood and this place wasn’t as bad as I thought. It didn’t smell. The only thing was the sheets had burn marks and cigarette holes on the comforter. I didn’t wanna lay in the beds at first but they were clean could have been worst for sure. I wouldn’t stay here again but figured I’d do it for a rating.
